Your cat loves you. They enjoy your company, follow you around, offer and accept cuddles and snuggles. They have learned to speak in a specific voice to talk to you, because you cant hear their normal meows. Your cat doesn't care about the world around you, what people think of you or what you think of yourself. All that matters to them is what they think of you, and they think you are the best thing the world has ever given them.
