Captain’s log, supplemental
This is the day that we have all been waiting for. The Enterprise, my ship, and all its crew were finally docking as a space station just above Earth…home for some well-deserved shore leave. It is the culmination months and in some cases years of hard work and skillful planning. Extreme highs and extreme lows. But today as I look back over the past 5 years, I wish to share just how proud of my crew, for our new ship and in what we have achieved for Starfleet. There is no doubt that in future our on our duties and responsibilities will be many and I welcome each and everyone with open arms. For this will allow the newly discovered world to looks to us for comfort and support in their time of despair.
