WOW i didn’t expect my personal post as a heads up if i start removing my art in the future to blow up  but YEAH thank u! mindgeek is super fucking shady and notorious for stealing and exploiting content and dmcas are a nightmare that end up doxxing everyone that tries to take down their content and it’s overall definitely not a company i’d like my (entirely sfw!) art to be associated with, let alone possibly have the rights to. i’ve had a lot of art theft already, and i don’t need it to be more difficult.

obviously a deal hasn’t been made yet, but the company is very openly wanting to buy tumblr and if that happens i’m removing all my art from this website, and depending on any changes they make i’ll likely just leave the site completely. i for one was enjoying the nsfw ban and less bots…….

after the nsfw ban awhile back pornhub was encouraging artists to post their digital art to their site because it was ~welcomed~ and everyone then found out their tos/agreement is a nightmare and they basically own everything on their sites owned by mindgeek and could do what they wanted with your art/potentially profit off of it. also, again, i do not want my art associated with a porn company. at all.

sex worker has a cam show/private video/etc, some asshole records it, uploads it to pornhub, woops they own it now lmao better luck next time

“deviantart is just as bad” Deviantart has addressed this. And no they don’t sell your artwork to hot topic n shit. It’s other companies coming in and stealing it. This is why you UPLOAD A SMALL VERSION OF YOUR ART AND SELL HIGH RES VERSIONS.

Never upload anything with 300dpi and wider than 550pixels. it really fucks over companies coming in stealing your shit. And if you want people to see higher res stuff either patreon that shit or put it behind a pay-wall. Or discord.

And actually the contract you sign for most sites to “use your work” is just so their computer can generate a thumbnail and shit for your art/posts. It has nothing to do with actually legally owning it.

If you want to avoid shit like that, just avoid Facebook. They actually use that contract sign for bad.

All watercolor commissions will be done with little to no backgrounds.  Watercolor is done on Cold press, 300g (140lb) watercolor paper. I provide 9x12 or 7x10 paper sizes. If the commissioner wants the physical piece we can discuss shipping and packaging costs Half Body- $35 Full Body- $50 (prices may vary due to complexity)

I will draw: -Original characters -Sonas -Undertale skeletons -Feel free to ask about a character! ((Other fanart may be discussed)) I will NOT draw -NSFW/kinks -Gore -Mech -Furries  If you have any questions on whether i will draw a character, please feel free to ask so we can discuss it further. 

  • I have the right to refuse or refund any commission.
  • Do NOT send your payment before your commission request has been discussed and accepted!
  • Payments will only be processed using PayPal invoices. 
  • You can choose to pay in full before the commission is started, or 50% at the beginning and 50% at the end.
  • The customer must provide proper references as needed.
  • The artist retains all rights the commissioned piece.
  • Once I receive 50% or full payment, I will begin your commission.
  • I hold the right to post/share the commission;unless discussed otherwise.
  • Everything here can be subject to change with different circumstances.
  • Commissions are for Non-Commercial use.
  • If at commission is to be shipped, customer is to pay for shipping and handling fee.
  • No refunds.

I will provide a sketch update and show you before I continue onto line and color.  This is the only time changes will be available to the piece.  I will continue on from the sketch once I get your okay.  No further changes will be allowed after this time.

When the commission is finished and the full payment is received, the commission will be emailed as png. or jpg.
