no one can tell you to play an older FC/character. but the excuse of “idk man writing an older character is hard bc i don’t know what they go through” needs to die. y'all write 20 something billionaires yet most of us have 10 dollars to our name or something. y'all write vampires, tvd and tw characters and yet they don’t exist. so I’m saying write/play what you wanna write but don’t hide under the excuse of “I don’t know how to play them because I’m not them” lmao
