figured out why there's been an uptick in me getting blocked by seemingly cool people recently. apparently my description looks like this on ios:

it's supposed to say "transmisogyny not welcome". tumblr fucking "coolsville sucks"ed me. i'm literally a trans woman.

Hi Auntie- I have a shoe question!

Basically I’m looking to get a good quality combat boot for everyday wear. I’m thinking of getting it from New Rock, but can’t tell if their quality is still good if you get it new. Should I stick to eBay or is their new stuff good too? And are they comfortable?

I realize that’s a lot of questions, feel free to ignore some or all, thank you <22

From everything I have heard, the quality of New Rocks has NOT declined. They're still excellently made, and will probably last forever with care.

The comfort depends, of course, on the style you end up buying. But I have friends who have bought combat-boot style ones who say that they are easier to break in than Dr. Martens and far more comfortable.

[slowly and deliberately pulling the knife out of my abdomen] oh noooooo look at that. i guess you'll just have to put pressure over the wound so i don't bleed out. with your hands. if only there was some way this could have been avoided. but it can't be helped.
