I think they did Joey baaaddd in the later seasons! I was rewatching the whole series and It occured to me Joey was very smart and intuitive in the initial seasons. He was also just as sassy and sarcastic as Chandler. He was still the playboy but he wasn't portrayed too dumb. But No! They had to make him a joke! Also It feels so unfair that he didn't get his happy ending when he was the one who deserved it the most!!

I really want to create a school based on Hogwarts principles (Nope. I DO NOT mean hiding a big-ass three headed dog in the basement or have a fricking tree that can kill you.) What I meant is a boarding school but make it magic! See, Every children from age 11 to 18 can attend. It means Upper Primary to Highschool in my country which is usually our 6th class to 12th.(I don't know if that system exists anywhere else). The thing is that there is no in between admission. You can only start from 6th class. And once you get the admission, You get to go to the school. There's Christmas and easter holidays when you can go home. Before starting your first year, You have a SORTING! There's 4 houses and you'll be sorted into one of them. (That system actually exists in my school where the houses are named after precious stones. We have Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire and Topaz.) Don't ask me how the sorting is done. I still haven't figured that out. It is a big ceremony at the start of the year and all the students would be present. In the GREAT HALL. Yep! We have one of those too. And there's 4 long tables for 4 houses where you can eat your food and all the necessary announcements and events take place there. Then we have common rooms for each houses and dormitories with four poster beds. (No sexist slides though!). We have prefects and head boys but make it democratic. (We don't want our teachers play their favouritism card) Every year, there is a month long campaign by older students who run for the head boy head girl posts. Prefects are elected by a mini house election in the common rooms in presence of their respective head of the house. We have classes and year end exams and two main exams. One at the end of fifth year and in final year. (Here, we call them boards for 10th & 12th) And we have football or (whatever the game of that place) matches between houses. And no, There is no separate team for boys and girls. We nurture equality there! We also have teachers who teaches all the classes irrespective of the grades (because we have teachers changing when we pass onto another grade) We also have hidden corridors in the school which "no one knows about". And we have long stairs which we all will curse about while trying to get to the classes on time. And there's a trip to one of the nearby fairs or any nice place from third year onwards. So basically, This is a Hogwarts-ish school for Muggles and for those who didn't get their letter due to owl troubles(obviously). I know there's a lot of flaws in this but I just love that basic idea. Imagine this being true (I'll be so jealous of those kids for sure!).

"Do you love the colour of sky?", She asked not taking away her eyes from the vast blue ocean above her. He looked at her, a puzzled expression, but smiling as he noticed her locks waving in the wind. Reluctantly, he tore his gaze away from her face and stared at the sky, "I mean...Yeah! Its blue!", He answered not really getting what she meant. She chuckled when she saw the sheepish grin on his face. 𝘠𝘰𝘶'𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘰 𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘵𝘺 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘭𝘢𝘶𝘨𝘩. - He wanted to say but didn't. Her eyes scanned his face for a second stopping at his lips or so he thought before turning her gaze away to the sky. He has never been more jealous of anything.

“But how can you miss someone when they are right beside you?” She asks.

“You can. When they are beside you but they are not yours. When they can leave without a moments notice and you do not have the right to ask them to stay.”

Another thing we need to remember is that, unlike professional authors, fan fic writers are a completely different and more diverse demographic of writers. You have the twelve-year-olds who’re are getting into writing for the first time and are so excited to share their ideas that they don’t think about the technical aspects. You have the sixteen-year-olds struggling with life and need an outlet to vent. You have writers who write original work but use fan fics as a way to experiment and practice. You have middle-aged moms who want something fun and inconsequential to do between working and taking care of their kids. You have closeted queer people who can’t express themselves in real life. You have disabled and mentally I’ll people who relate to the characters and want to keep the story going. Fanfic writers are students, workers, parents all balancing their own lives and on top of that, still volunteer hours of their time to do something they love in exchange for a few likes and comments. I’d say, as someone who has been writing both fan fics and original works for over 13 years now, fanfics writers embody the concept of “writing for the love of the craft” in its purest form.

Just a little missing moment of the summer before Harry’s 6th year, when he gets used to Ginny’s presence. he’s not even aware he’s staring

“… it felt as though a cold draft had entered the room when the door opened, and his shining moment had popped like a soap bubble.” HP7 - The Will of Albus Dumbledore

-

(book scene) Harry: You didn’t have to get me anything. Ginny: I didn’t know what would be useful. Nothing too big, because you wouldn’t be able to take it with you. So then I thought, I’d like you to have something to remember me by, you know, if you meet some Veela when you’re off doing whatever you’re doing. Harry: I think dating opportunities are going to be pretty thin on the ground, to be honest. Ginny: There’s the silver lining I’ve been looking for.
