Waited in a book store while I was getting new tires installed and when faced with several shelves of texts, it's KINDA embarrassing to pick up "Buddhism for Dummies" BUT. I mean. It was just a larger book than the other beginner ones and delves into a broader spectrum of topics at once rather than focusing only on specific teachings or precepts of belief!!

#its available via ill so i didnt buy it yet#took down some other titles for when I'm ready to dive deeper#I just want a nice broad overview to give me a sense of where I want to focus future studies

It occurs to me that my ideal aroace partnership is like how the animal shelter sometimes calls animals that aren't even the same species a bonded pair.

They're not mating, but if you separate them, one of them might die of the Sadness.
