you are loved, even when you feel alone

I’m the kind of person who feels bad if I’m not constantly productive - but especially in this current pandemic, we can’t expect ourselves to be productive every single day. It’s not realistic, and it’s not fair on us. 🌱

This has probably been said before, but doing your best doesn’t always mean giving 100%. Sometimes you’re only able to give 50% and that’s okay because at the time that was the best you could do

I made a little reminder for myself and for all the other people who may need it. We’re going to be okay. Even if we’re not okay right now.
