I feel like Greta Thunberg is sort of the perfect case study for how these things go.

She starts off talking about climate change in general and the great and grand were like "wow, this little autistic girl is so articulate, let's clap for her effort". They loved her as a trinket but never really listened.

The moment she caught on that Awareness isn't enough and she started advocating for an actual solution - e.g. the dismantling of Capitalism - they came down on her like a ton of rocks.

He's queer, has fantastic nails, and has done a lot of education recently from his perspective as a Jewish person on why supporting Palestine is so important. I saw these guys live and it was a phenomenal experience, The cellist is called Abel Selaocoe and the band is Chesaba, which includes a percussionist and bassist.

It's a lot healthier to go for a daily walk than to sign up for a gym membership you won't be using because you hate that kind of exercise. It's a lot healthier to eat a frozen meal than to skip a meal because you were too tired to cook something healthy. It's a lot healthier to take a quick shower than to procrastinate an elaborate routine for days. Don't aim so high that you won't be hitting anything!
