It’s kinda a reach but in the dnd episode lance has a scar over his eye and in season 5 he got a bruise over his eye, it’s different eyes but, I know it’s a reach, what if he actually looses an eye.

He died in the game and they said "Shiros dead" and then he showed up as his "twin" aka a clone.
