Nah! I think by the time Sai came into the picture, Kouten had already stopped relying on others. He would definitely enjoy his company and bicker with him like siblings often do— but he wouldn’t rely or open up to him much!

They were worried, yeah! But Kouten is very good at hiding his true emotions so they felt like Kouten was handling it well when he really wasn’t 😂

He’s just the type to be really detached and cold! He wouldn’t open up or rely on his partner very much. He kind of just does whatever he wants! Hope this answers your question!
