Don’t even get me started lololol. Let me tell u. I know they said ‘Heyahe’ was kinda the opposite of ‘Gettin’ By’ and showed a darker and more mature side but I didn’t think it’d be sooo…idk, not subtle??? Hahahaha. Definitely wouldn’t have expected it as a debut track of all things but I’m all for it. But if yg does end up promoting him on music shows with these two songs I wonder if they’d come across any trouble with 'Heyahe’. I mean it’s not in any way bad imo but maybe they’d get picky with it?

If I’m being honest I’ve found myself listening to ‘Heyahe’ more! I love both songs but I think the hook in ‘Heyahe’ won me over. I really love how sweet sounding 'Gettin By’ is though! Tbh I’ll probably go back and forth on which song I prefer hahaha.

[TRANS] 170711 One reveals BIGBANG’s G-DRAGON is his sumber of inspiration

One said, “G-DRAGON sunbaenim gives me a lot of inspirations. It’s hard to exactly say that he is my role model but to me, G-DRAGON is the coolest artist.”

He also added, “I also received a lot of inspiration from other singers. I got my inspiration from foreign artists too.”

Even though, he will be debuting as a singer at the moment, he doesn’t want to be an artist that is active only in one field. He dreamt of becoming a film director and he still has that dream to this day. While working on his song artwork, he also mentioned about his dreams to be a video director.

He said, “Ever since I was a child I have an interest in acting and whenever I have the chance, I really want to be in a movie.”

He also mentioned that there is no chance he would go to “Show Me The Money” again, “I can’t even watch ‘Show Me The Money’ these days. I would change my channel. There’s a lot of people who did a mistake in the lyrics and I can relate to that very well. Afterall, I was the “Lyrics Mistake” representative. Every day I would be thinking of how high my song will chart. But for now, I’m trying to clear my mind. Yesterday I also dreamt of getting first place that I jolted up right after that dream because I was too happy. I’m thinking of shaving my head if I get first place. Long hair is really uncomfortable.”

[TRANS] 170711 One’s Interview

One: 2~3 years after 1PUNCH, I know a little more about myself, about who I am and what suits me best. YG Entertainment’s male solo artist after 14 years; burdensome but trying to do mind control so as not to feel too stressed. I’ve been listening to Frank ocean albums lately and would like to try folk genre in the future. I sincerely support Samuel’s solo debut. Hope everything goes well. I personally haven’t been in contact with him. No direct talks about me potentially joining WINNER and at that time, I have completed album preparations.
