Finally got the motivation to start on addons again, and I thought I would start with a deceptively easy one, didn't turn out that way though. But now I have a set of 45 degree clerestory windows, a modular set of clerestory windows, new custom front door and a bunch of variants of the original designs. Going to be a lot of customisation option now, which I love.

I started this set many months ago but got stuck with the wood pattern. I wanted something light but beautiful because the table had a very large wooden surface. Last month I explored many wood patterns until I found one I liked. It's light, but you can see some veins and knots here and there. It's another set that's part of the Tuds Warehouse collection.

When I was creating Japandi Tableware I loved how Japandi combine japanese spirit and scandinavian design. Thats why I decided to create JAPANDI DINING ROOM. The time has finally come to reveal The Klean Collection, a collection of items with that minimalist touch. After spending 8 months with the Coastal Collection I felt in need of a total direction chnage to something more modern. I see this collection becoming another long one, so buckle up and enjoy the ride!
There will be at least another month of build items to look ahead to, with Sims 4 Studio being updated to support the creation of items such as fences, stairs and trims, it would be rude not to take full advantage of this.
It just so happens that Felixandre has also chosen to go in a more modern direction with his new Soho set, so I may have stolen the bathtub, rug, Travertine walls & floors to style with my windows and doors. You can find out more about his set HERE
This first set is comprised of 24 windows and doors, inspired by those you can find in Rick Owen's Venitian apartment. You can see the irl inspiration HERE. His brutalist style furniture may also make an appearance some time during the next few months too, but really this entire set is just my way of creating a few more items to add to the Brutalist Bathroom set that I know many of you have requested to be expanded to other areas of the house. I couldn't think of an entire set focused around Butalism, but there will be many items that could be defined as Brutalist in this set. Including the original sideboards and bar that inspired the vanity from the Brutalist Collection so many months, if not years ago!

As the Chateau Set ended, I want to take you to a new destination. I have been thinking about the following subject for quite some time and my recent trip to the US made my decision final, we are going to New York City, precisely to SOHO.
It was an unusual beginning for me to start with the bathroom, but I wanted to have enough research time for a future exterior set. Seeing SOHO in real life was such a great experience and I feel very inspired :). After working on a traditional collection for quite some time it's refreshing to dive back into a modern aesthetic.
The bathroom consists of 23 items, you will get various sink options, double, single, monolithic, and basin-only versions, that either rest on a vanity or can have a shelf for 'Clutteration' underneath. I love a good bathtub, so you will get one of those. This Set includes a rainfall shower, plenty of mirror options, a sideboard, a stool, two rugs, and a lid-up Japanese toilet with a remote control. I also created Travertine/ stone walls and floors.
Harrie has started working on her new Minimalist Set called KLEAN and I couldn't resist using her new windows and doors in My Promo shot. If you would like to know more about what she created you can check it out HERE

In the coming months I will focus on the cast iron buildings and by the end of the SOHO I hope that you will be able to create the New York Loft of your dreams ;)

Hi! I was a little disappointed with the buy items in the For Rent EP since I thought they could have maybe made a little bit more items, so uh, here are some edits to them!
Fun Fact! "Muwebles/Muebles" is Spanish/Cebuano/Tagalog for furniture, and so I called this admittedly pretty large set as that since well... they're all furniture.
