oh hi um
so im very heavily thinking about coming back, but making this blog not just a Newsies blog (was it ever really just that???). itll still be the main theme of this blog, but i’ll post about other musicals and maybe a couple tv shows/bands.
but on another note, i have decided to make an AO3 for my fics. while they will be posted here first, they’ll also be on that platform (because it’s soooo much nicer when it comes to organizing my fics). my AO3 will be created by the end of the week (maybe tonight??) and I’ll reblog this post with it.
this means that requests are open again, and that i will pick up my Race and Fidget series again. i’m probably going to merge the parts on A03 to make longer chapters, rewrite it a bit, and (hopefully) the updates will be longer as well. if i rewrite it too much, i’ll repost them on here as well. this series and the other one i have in mind will probably not be updated weekly, because writing is hard and I’m taking like fifty college courses while trying to study for the ACT to get into college.
on top of that (theres a lot of these oopsie), just a quick update. rehearsals for this years musical have started (it’s Seven Brides for Seven Brothers) so I’ll also be busy with those. so, i’m probably not going to be super active until that’s over.
so yeah, thank you to anyone who has stuck around or plans to. i’m sorry i pretty much just up and left and only showed up once every few months. im a mess. 💖

yall. this isn’t a joke. if i can tell a 5 yr old “my dog is working, please let her be” and they understand then you can too. those dogs ARE working. they have a job to do. and when we say ‘leave them alone’ that includes making faces at them and baby talking them. literally act like they are just someone’s bag or something. if you distract them they could fail to alert their owner to a seizure or blood sugar issue or allergen. you are literally jeopardizing someone’s life bc you can’t have basic decency, respect, and self control.
