Toriel abdicated the throne and tries to roast Frisk, Papyrus captures Frisk and sticks them multiple times in a shed with bars large enough for them to walk through, Sans being bad at his job is the entire point, Undyne fails at her one job which is murdering an extremely slowly moving five year old, and Asgore is a king who started a war he has no chance of winning and that will result in the death of his entire people because he didn't want to make them sad.
