It actually really helps you focus, too! And it’s great for anxiety.  But no, heaven forfend people actually know how to you know, make clothes and stuff…..*eyeroll* I lack the dexterity for knitting but I am massively in awe of people who can ^^ And I can cross-stitch like a MOFO. 

My best friend in grad school could knit like a crazy mf. She used it as stress relief. I cannot imagine the consequences without this outlet, as far as compassion and TA discussion section grades, otherwise. I have a scarf and a blanket and a handbag.
