What has helped me to lose weight 🐱

🌸Don’t skipt breakfast. Actually, don’t skip any food time. I’m used to made 5 foods per day. 3 strong ones and 2 collations.

🌸Don’t fast. If you fast you loose weight quickly, but when you start eating again, you gain all the weight BACK.

🌸Be patient… This takes time. Quickly weight loss, quickly weight gain.

🌸Eating 1200 calories per day is perfect. You will loose weight even if you don’t do anything. The body needs like 1400-2000 calories to work with normal activities, like walk, study, etc (it depends on the person, the weight and the height) so if you eat 1200, you will keep losing weight.

🌸No salt in EXCESS. That makes your body retaining water, which makes you feel fat and heavy.

🌸Sleep between 7-8 hours. Then you will be less hungry and won’t binge.

🌸Green tea is great. It boost your metabolism, which means you will be burning more calories through the day.

✨✨🍵🍵Drink to boost metabolism but make you feel like shit 🍵🍵✨✨

  1. Mug (or half mug. Seriously, it’s kinda gross unless you like green tea) of hot water
  2. A dash of cinnamon (and apple pie spice if you’d like)
  3. Green tea bag (let steep for a few minutes)
  4. One tbsp apple cider vinegar (tastes gross, and is acidic, so only use one or two tbsp)
  5. *optional* honey or zero cal sweetener. Honey has calories, but it’s said to be good for metabolism, so add some if you don’t mind
  6. Try to enjoy. It’s basically just green tea with Apple cider vinegar. I personally don’t like green tea, but I know it’s good for metabolism, and apple cider vinegar is good for flattening the stomach, curbing hunger, and it helps lose fat.
  7. Drink from a straw if you plan to drink this often. The apple cider vinegar can be damaging to your enamel, so drinking it often may cause harm to your teeth

-a few dashes of cinnamon

-2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

-Liquid stevia drops or other 0-calorie sweetener

-vanilla extract (optional)

-a liter of water

Iced Vanilla Matcha Latte w/ Almond Milk

35 calories per serving! (12 oz)

This drink is very tasty and satisfying – and miraculously low cal. It also has an ton of benefits! If you think green tea is great, bitch you better learn about matcha. It’s basically green tea on steroids. This stuff:

  • Is packed with antioxidants
  • Boosts metabolism and burns calories
  • Detoxifies effectively and naturally
  • Calms the mind and relaxes the body
  • Is rich in fiber, chlorophyll and vitamins
  • Enhances mood and aids in concentration
  • Provides vitamin C, selenium, chromium, zinc and magnesium
  • Lowers cholesterol and blood sugar

How to make it:

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1 cup water

1.5 tbsp pure vanilla extract

4 tbsp matcha powder

2 tsp cinnamon

Stevia to taste

Instructions
