whats so beautiful about rosvolio is you don't even notice. you don't even notice how they subtly went from enemies to friends. how they went from biting each other’s heads off to trusting each other enough to run away. how they went from friends to lovers in just the smallest blink of an eye because of trust. how they went from unravelling a murder plot to having their first and final good bye kiss on the morning of benvolio’s to-be death. it’s so subtle, so neatly woven together, but at the core of their relationship is trust. and thats what makes a beautiful enemies to friends to lovers trope.

so escalus is injured and dying, livia is stuck with count paris, count paris is trying to seize verona, we don’t know if rosvolio or escaline are endgame, we’re back to where we started with the most iconic love triangle and no idea which side to choose, isabella will never have a coming out story and she’ll never kiss helena and they’ll never been the queens of verona, we were robbed of two more episodes, and the season finale ended with a great way to continue to season 2 but still star crossed was cancelled? coolcoolcoolcoolcoolcoolcool

In conclusion Rosaline is bisexual and Isabella is a lesbian and they had a thing but politics got in the way and now there’s unresolved gay tension between them, Escalus is a boy-king and has no idea what he’s doing but I’ve decided to stan, Benvolio is being everyone’s sweetheart who we love to hate and hate to love, and Paris and Livia are the only pure ship left. And it’s only Episode 2 oh boy.
