First off, happy new year! I hope 2021 will be good to you and that all your hard work pays off ❤️
The picture above is my start for 2021 when it comes to weight and stuff. I gained back a little bit of weight from my last weigh in but I had a pretty obscene amount of pizza last night so that’s not a surprise. My highest in 2020 was about 110kg so I’m still proud for the progress I’ve made.
Until the gyms open up and are safe again, I’ll be mostly doing body weight exercises and some dumbbell workouts. But I’m determined to make this a good year. That fat percentage needs to go way down and for now I’ve set my goal weight to 75kg. But as I get stronger and the muscles get more defined, I might change that goal.
