does it ever randomly pop into your heads that paul is called… james? you could be walking down the street, enjoying the nice spring day and your brain just goes: james paul mccartney… huh. and for a day you’re referring to him as james, jim, jimmy, jimbo and every single nickname james has, because that guy right there is a JAMES, wow??? then you go to sleep and forget about it for another 2 months

hello! what is the story behind the vomit funeral please i have to know
i read it from “150 glimpses of the beatles” by craig brown. or “one, two, three, four: the beatles in time” by craig brown. same book. still bitter about that.
basically george threw up in hamburg, refused to clean it up, and it stayed there collecting trash and mold. it was named “the thing” and collected a local reputation. here’s how its fatal end came:
“one morning, herr fascher pays a return visit, unannounced... he returns with a shovel. ‘don’t do it! that’s our pet!’ yell the beatles. but their pleas fall on deaf ears. fascher scoops it up and transports it down the stairs, through the front door and onto the grosse freiheit. the beatles follow in a mock funeral procession.”
omg imagine how all things must pass is gonna sound, i’m not ready for this
george really saw how the world was in shambles and said “i’m gonna give the apple scruffs what they want” and single handedly saved 2020 with the new all things must pass mix
