I'm just a small-time guy, who also happens to have a 3D printer. I am currently taking commissions, and my prices are simple. 10 cents a gram on plastic used for the print, a 5$ flat fee for simply using the printer, but that goes for any amount of time spend. Whether it's a 45 minute print, or a 17 hour print, it's all 5$. If you need something modeled, that will cost 20% of the price on the plastic. But, if you come to me with a model already prepared, then that charge is null. Shipping is handled on a case by case basis.
