I finally made a decent fan art inspired by Grogu (The Child), he's one of my favourite characters (after Kylo/Ben) because he's amusing, I think I made it clear that he might cause an explo*ssion by accident and this might be his face expression: -whoopsie!!!-. Originally I wanted to post this one for @jony_tentaculos' latest challenge "multicolour" for @viernesdeilustracion but I forgot that it was holy Friday, LOL! Another thing that I would like and have noticed is that I need to work more on my background design, so it's another thing that I should add to the list of "things to practice" P.S.: Would it look cool in t-shirts?

"JUNK & VEGAN vol. 1" it's an activistic, food and illustrated zine based on junk food that I love as a vegan junkie.

This zine contains 6 illustrations presented to you as poster designs so you can choose your favourite product and use it as scrapbook material for your journal or anything else. Printed in letter size and home produce, this is my first zine inspired by multiple artists

Actually, this is a funny story if you ask me... I'm a Mexican illustrator, and after a long time, I have been trying to figure out what to do with my life avoiding what I love and doing what I "have to". So, after a long, long, loooong time I've been feeling into the shadows until one day I found out FOALS' music and their music is helping me a lot through all the dark phases of my life.

So these pictures are from my 2nd FOALS show at México City, but my best friend Wendy told me "Astrit, you have to do something, maybe they will autograph it for you" (spoiler alert: they didn't LOL!) but I did a couple of pages into my sketchbook and I showed them to Yannis in the most awkward way: I accidentally... hit him with my sketchbook but he... seen it (?)... I don't know but it's pretty funny (and awkward) because Yannis noticed me and turn towards me and he saw me :): so I'm kinda ashamed but also happy. So IDK!

>>PARAMORE is one of my favorite bands since "Missery Business" came out in 2007, so when they released a date for a concert in Mexico I knew I had to do something for that moment, so without much money but a lot of desire I decided create a little sticker set of one of my favorite songs of the moment "Told You So". So after an intense search for references to their videos and presentations of that song, I began to illustrate them inspired by a flat type aesthetic with a bit of pulp to finally have an old vibe style like them in their music video.

Inspired by Goychoco's Webminar Challenge, I decided to re-imagine the album cover of "Antidotes" by FOALS, which is an album.

The original artwork cover was made by Christopher Wright back in 2008.

The main idea is to redraw Wright's character and inspired in a Dracula's cartonish look meeting Memphis style based on the textures that I reimagined.

My colour palette was inspired by all the pills which are located in the mouth, and I changed those elements to "FOALS" to keep the essence of Wright's illustration.
