it’s a nice thought
Small things to stay more organized
We all know the feeling “we have so much to do but we have no clue where to get started or what we have to do” here are a few simple things you can do to keep your work organized without too much effort
☆ make a to-do list
This is really nothing too surprising but it helps a lot because you won’t forget anything. And nothing feels better dan ticking a box after you finished a task, am I right :)
☆ devide big projects into smaller chunks
For example, you have a big exam coming up. You need to study 4 chapters and every chapter has 3 subchapters. If you take every subchapter separetly, it will seem like a small task. 3 small tasks doesn’t seem like a lot while you actually allready finished a whole chapter.
☆ daily habits
Make your bed and clear your desk and your floor every morning before going to school. This will make the process of getting started after school a lot easier, because your bed is made, you will less likely get on your bed. And your desk is ready for you to start getting things done.
☆ unpack your bag immediately
When you get home, get all the things out of your bag and put everything away. This will prevent you from forgetting things and not being able to find the stuff you need
☆ folders
Get yourself folders for your subjects and put all of your looseleafpapers and assignments in them. This way you only have to remind yourself to bring one thing instead of all those loose papers. You can also label your papers if your year is devided in chunks like mine. This will make it easier to find what you are looking for.
☆ declutter your pencilcase
Just get rid of all the stuff like used sticky notes and pens and pencils you don’t really use. This will make things easier to find.
I hope these things will prevent you from making a mess in the future ;P
Wishing you a Merry Christmas🌲🎁

01.01.2019 My sister has just informed me that she is going to ask her wedding quests to bring her books as gifts. Surprise, surprise… THE BOOKS ARE FOR ME!!!
sdjsjsjs, yassssss
Tell me the titles of your favourite books so I can add them to my already long list, hahaha… ;)
8 Things To Quit in 2019
1. Trying to please everyone.
2. Fearing change.
3. Living in the past.
4. Overthinking.
5. Being afraid to be different.
6. Beating yourself up over mistakes.
7. Thinking you’re not good enough.
8. Thinking you have no purpose.
in 2019, i challenge you to become comfortable with yourself. go two weeks without makeup. gaze at yourself in the mirror. put lotion on yourself tenderly and patiently. sit and journal. put your phone away for a moment and be still. try it at all, at least once. you deserve to have peace in your own presence
Friendly reminder - you’re not a full time professional athlete. you’re not a fashion icon. you’re not supposed to be perfect. Shitty grades happen and it doesn’t mean you’re not smart. So if you’re trying to balance studying, working, volunteering, exercising, learning languages, and expect to be a perfect multilingual Victoria Secret model with straight As, a job, and volunteer time, as well as being a good friend and making time for yourself, you’re gonna have a massive breakdown and fail. You don’t have to be perfect. Navigating into academia is hard. Nobody is asking you to be perfect. Results matter, sure, but effort is important and valuable as well. You’re learning.
sis, it’s time for you to be happy again
my new thing has been just… acting on my ideas. like i thought maybe my desk would look better on a different part of my room so i like. moved it? just like that! i ripped an old anatomy book and stuck the diagrams up on my wall like some kind of old timey victorian doctor. i wanted a starbucks and i walked one and a half miles back and forth in a floridian storm and goddamn it was a good coffee. life is too short babey if you think of something just do it. nike
This was weirdly motivating
“Thank you for reminding me what butterflies feel like.”

let yourself be a cliche if it makes you happy. go to coffee shops and order something with too many syllables. cry yourself to sleep sometimes. kiss in the rain. draw on your arms. write bad poetry. write better poetry. fill notebooks with your crushes and hopes and yearnings. feel everything for the first time.
lesson learned - sometimes all u can do is say yikes and move on!!
