Bloated?

You can lose up to 5kg with a salt water flush. Keep in mind that this is just a cleanse to release excess waste and water, not body fat. This is recommended to be done biweekly. Great for when you’ve eaten a lot (the holidays for example) and feel very bloated. Not to be done if you are pregnant or have high blood pressure.

Steps:

Heat up 1 liter of water in a pot with 3 teaspoons of Himalayan pink salt until the salt has dissolved. You want the water to be warm but at drinking temperature. Add lemon juice for taste.

- Drink this on an empty stomach

- Make sure you’re free that day and have access to a toilet, because you will be making frequent stops to the restroom

- If you absolutely need to eat, wait 2 hours after the meal and then begin the cleanse

- Take your time drinking it, no need to chug it down, you’ll have multiple bowel movements throughout the entire day

The Himalayan pink salt works because it does not contain iodine. Our bodies absorb iodine, so it is very important to use a salt which does not contain iodine so our bodies can actually flush it out.

168 Cal Shrimp Cauliflower Curry 🍛

What you’ll need:

2 cups of Green Giant Cauliflower Rice: 40 cals

1 cup thinly sliced baby carrots: 52 cals

1 cup of chopped broccoli florets: 30 cals

1 can of Bumblebee tiny shrimp: 140 cals

2 cloves of garlic: 8 cals

1 cup of almond milk: 30 cals

3 tsp of curry powder *see attached photo*: 15 cals (use less powder for a more mild and less spicy flavor)

2 tsp of cornstarch: 20 cals

Instructions:

In a large pan combine broccoli and carrots and sauté til partially cooked (I cooked mine til they were al dente)

Once they are cooked to desired texture set aside and begin to cook Cauliflower rice.

In a small saucepan heat almond milk and curry powder, make sure to sample for salt levels and season to desired taste(s) one sauce is heated add cornstarch 1 tsp at a time, once sauce has thickened turn to low heat and stir occasionally.

Once the moisture from the Cauliflower rice has dissolved set aside, while cooking make sure to season with pink salt!

Drain tiny shrimp and lightly oil the large pan, once pan is heated add chopped garlic and tiny shrimp. (The shrimp won’t remain whole so don’t worry)

Add the carrots and broccoli sauté on top of the shrimps and pour the curry sauce over top, heat everything thoroughly and top the cauliflower rice 🍛

This recipe yields 2 largish servings at 168 calories each. If you can’t eat all of it it’s great for meal prep so half one of the servings and save the rest!

Whole recipe: 335 calories

½ recipe: 168 calories

¼ recipe: 84 calories

This meal was really filling but didn’t leave me feeling heavy like normal curry would! The cauliflower rice held up really well!

Pretty Girl Rules

1) Exercise a minimum of 1 hour a day. Any less time is pathetic.

2) NEVER eat more than 1000 calories, that’s disgusting.

3) Hair and makeup must be meticulously done at all times.

4) You cannot leave the house without your hair and makeup flawlessly done, even if it means being late.

5) You may only wear pants 2-3 times per week. Anything else is dresses and skirts.

6) EVERYTHING must be shaved and hairless at all times. You don’t want your crush to brush up against your hairy legs, do you?

7) Outfits must be clean, and flattering to your figure.

8) Never skimp on hair or skin care. Clean skin and hair is crucial for beauty.

9) Your space must ALWAYS be spotless. No mess, no clutter, no germs, and nothing out of place. You don’t want to be a slob, do you?

10) Study for no less than an hour again. Much more time is recommended. Anything less means you don’t care about your future.

11) Bathe and shower daily. One shower/bath a day must be cold to burn more calories.

12) Don’t ever procrastinate. You don’t want to be known as the girl who never gets stuff done, do you?

13) Anything below an A in your classes is absolutely unacceptable. You are not to fail anything.

15) Journal and write everything down. What you ate, how you feel, what made you happy, what assignments you completed in school, everything.

16) Handwriting must always be neat and perfect. If it fails to be, rewrite it.

17) You are never to be late.

18) Even if you are running late, you must never look as though you are. Pretty girls are responsible, and it’s your fault if you weren’t.

19) Take opportunities for everything.

20) Your car must always be clean inside and out. Do it yourself to burn calories and do it to your liking.

21) You must get 8 hours of sleep or more a night. Anything else can and will cause you to gain weight, which is disgusting.

22) You are to wake up at 5:30 am on school days, and 7 am on weekends.

23) NEVER complain. Nobody wants to hear you bitch and moan. Your problems are your problems, and nobody else’s.

24) Carry a water bottle everywhere. It must always be full. Drink a few sips every hour.

25) Never drink anything other than water, tea, or coffee.

26) Reply to all texts and messages instantly and promptly. Put some effort in and quit being lazy.

28) Drink at least 6-8 bottles of water a day.

29) NOBODY is to know about your eating habits except for your Ana buddies. They will only get in your way of becoming beautiful.

30) Stretch every hour. It burns calories without building muscle, and it feels good.

31) Be a heartbreaker. Never let somebody break your heart.

32) Avoid wearing sweatpants in public unless it is absolutely necessary.

33) Hoodies and jeans should be worn together sparingly, change it up sometimes.

34) Keep your electronics safe and clean.

41) Multivitamins are your best friend (next to water), take them every day.

43) Your skin must always be clean and moisturized. Dry skin is disgusting.

44) ALWAYS do your homework.

45) Your lips must always be exfoliated and moisturized. You can never have chapped lips.

46) Don’t drink your calories.

47) Long sleeves must be worn sparingly. Showing your body makes you more aware of your body and keeps you in check.

48) No sweets at all. You wouldn’t want your crush to see you eating that, would you? If you eat that sweet, then you deserve to be fat.

49) Always listen to music to keep you happy.

50) Keep your mind clear with yoga or meditation.
