yes, period cramps are hormone based, not organ based.

if you take estrogen, your body might cramp for about a week every month or so because your hormones tell it to, even though there’s no uterus.

this is absolutely a thing that can happen. it doesn’t happen to all trans women, but it absolutely does occur.

infact, cis women without a uterus or with a non functioning uterus also experience period cramps even if they don’t get periods. because again, it’s hormonal based.
