It was the story of my OCs what was happening parallel to RWBY's own plotline.
After the Fall of Beacon my VCTA+ found a ship filled with Atlasian tech that was stolen during the tragedy and, since authorities were too busy with everything happening around the Kingdom, VCTA took it upon themselves to deliver it...and maybe stay there to finish training.
There they would decide to stay and get involved with the MARB/NEGA conflict.
Is Team NEGA also villainous?

No, they were more like anti-heroes that my main characters would get involved with to fight my plotline's actual villains.
The shtick was that MARB were the villains, but they were technically trying to do a good thing, just in a really fucked up way. While NEGA was fighting MARB and willing to to whatever it took to stop them. Even questionable things.
Is it a RWBY universe or no? Just wondering cuz it has a lot of non-RWBY info.

Riko from team MARB immediately caught my eye with the wheelchair, is there anything you can tell us about her?

Team MARB was my main villain team, and Riko is the leader's "secretary". Her theme is "White Lies", so she's inspired by the spider of Charlotte's Web. She had an accident and lost her legs, so she got really into computers/hacking. Now she uses her knowledge to manipulate information and media.
She's a "Tank". Her weapon was her wheelchair(the one I drew was a placeholder until I actually designed it), which would transform in spider legs and project Hard-light shields.
Her semblance allowed her to create near-invisible strings of Aura, which she mixed with Gravity Dust to make it sticky/attract things that touch it.
BTW, its pretty late here so I'll be going to bed soon. If I don't respond to any more questions for a while, its that.)
Oooooooo, those look very cool! Glad to see you bring those Out! Any semblance ideas? Also, since you did Orange which is between red and yellow, would you do any of the other tertiary colors? That would include Olive/Chartreuse, Mint/Teal, Cobalt/Azure, Purple, and Rose.

They all had weapon, fighting style and semblance ideas. I remember most of them, but writing them down would take a long time.
I can give some honorable mentions, though!
Candance's from POPY was "Sugar Cooking". She could infuse non-Aura-protected materials with her own to either make them harder or softer. She used it on her puffy dress to make it harder than armor, and used it on enemies every time she hit them to reduce their defenses.
LanYin from GLOM's was "Obscure". She could create an area of complete darkness...but it was centered around herself and she wasn't immune to it, so she trains to fight blind (that's why she has a blindfold).

Someone asked me to post about my old RWBY OC project and the characters I never revealed, so here is what I hade (kinda) designed before dropping RWBY.
Like all my other teams, these re also song-inspired.
Team POPY(Poppy) - “Lollipop”, The Choirdettes Sweeter than Candy on a stick, Huckleberry, Cherry or Lime
Team GLOM (Gloom) - “Gloomy Sunday”, Billie Holliday Sunday is gloomy, my hours are slumberless Dearest, the shadows, I live with are numberless Little white flowers will never awaken you Not where the black coach of sorrow has taken you
Team MARB(Marble) and NEGA (Negative) are based off White and Black Noise
These would be my Orange, Grey, White and Black teams, to complete my plan of having teams for all light and pigment colors (These plus red, green, blue,yellow,cyan and magenta).
Do you think you'll ever do NEGA and MARB? And what about a 12th team? Perhaps GRAY?

Sorry I haven't replied to these asks earlier, my city has been flooding the past few weeks, so power has been wonky and my computer had some issues!
They already exist, kinda. I have old concepts I was working on before I dropped RWBY. Which, in a way, answers your second question.
I will not be making any more RWBY OC content in the future, aside of commissions of course. I have my own universe I have been working on and all my former RWBY OCs will be transferred to it.
I can, however, try to find and post the prep material I was working on before I quit. I'll try to find it.
