Check out this amazing piece over on my Etsy store!
I wanted to try something small for my first time trying this again in so long, but i think it turned out pretty well! Also, the fabric is more of a greenish blue than the photos are making it seem, I couldn’t quite get the camera to cooperate with it.

I think the name 🌣∘∙𐐪𐑂 Marimo 𐐪𐑂∙∘🌣 seems fitting for this round little toad. They just look so much like a marimo moss ball (or a bunch of them gathered together), because of the puffy green yarn I used.
The yarn was a little hard to work with, but I think I was able to get used to it alright. I used two dark olive green buttons for eyes and some olive-brownish fabric for a little tongue.

Creations of 2022.
I love to watch the changing of the seasons on my daily dog walks, and one of my favourite things about autumn is all the fascinating fungi that I spot. To celebrate that, my Tree Folk and Fungus Folk pattern is now for sale at a reduced price on Etsy until the end of Friday 11th November. You can use it to make a cute little toadstool person, or a little friendly tree, with green leaves or autumnal orange ones. Find the pattern in my Etsy shop: https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/866500248/tree-folk-and-fungus-folk-amigurumi
