financial counsellors are annoying. “save by doing xyz!” girl, i am living a hair above paycheck-to-paycheck 40+ hours of work a week at two OFFICE JOBS. i can’t. and that’s me knowing full well that life’s never going to get any cheaper.

#sorry to any financial counsellors following me#perso#do i just not eat? do i just sit at home not going anywhere ever? like what else am i supposed to cut from my budget#even if I did all that i wouldn’t save much#only for another crisis to make everything financially out of reach again#I am old and not good at math or science#there’s not a lot of upward opportunity for those who aren’t in STEM fields

our family friend passed away. I really hate living in SoCal for some reason but like. Do you move back someplace you can’t stand to be around family before they’re gone?

#perso#the only single reason to go back would be to be around family more#but also being a recovering eldest daughter#is that people pleasing or the sensible thing to do?#my parents are pretty young still#maybe in a couple years#or.. do I find a better job that allows more travel and just go home more as a happy medium#anyway#Hank your memory will truly be for a blessing
