A very young Taya in her youth. Maybe around 8 years old or something~

She's got them light-up shoes that were all the rage back in the day, with velcro coz she's no good with the laces. Overalls and an old Ghostbusters II shirt, coz she's a rough-and-tumble kid who loves climbing trees and catching frogs, but also a cheap elastic tutu, because she's taking dance lessons too. (Her mom signed her up in the hopes it'd burn out her excess energy, but it hasn't helped.) The pigtails will graduate to a ponytail as she gets older, and that horn headband will be traded in for a larger model, but her enthusiasm for monsters and folklore are still evident even in her youth.

Her mom will later yell at her for wasting eggs, because she doesn't know any better than not using the ones out of the fridge to try and hatch a deadly mythological serpent~

Here's me actually doing pretty good at this game for once~

We had the Punch Card carrying us every six turns until the Constellation finally cracked, since the green deck was giving us loads enough money to carry the expense of enough planet cards to crack it. This also leveled up so many hands into crazy territory, but we still mostly relied on straights and full houses.

I would say I'm about as good at this as I am Isaac, in that I win maybe one out of every 20+ attempts~

When you want to scream, Put away that frown And never be scared of a clown Laugh on, laugh on, laugh on and on and on You'll never laugh alone~

Been a while since I drew my clownsona Taya Tutus, and after staying up all night reading Clown Corps, it seemed like a good idea. A lot of things seem like a good idea at 2 AM. It is now almost 7, to give you some perspective, because clearly I've lost mine~

I could not make this pose work with her namesake tutu (some might argue I didn't even without, but here we are), so here's a rare glimpse of her without. I am also not a background artist, so pretend those are stands full of people she's performing for and not the Roman Colosseum.

Arrived yesterday, but this is the first chance I've had to really get into it. It still has that lovely "just printed" smell, one of the best smells in the world. That heavy ink smell. Even the page quality is very nice. Smooth, but not stiff. And they're soft! Some pages you really worry you might get a papercut on, but these are really nice and turn easily.

I already listened to the audiobook some months back, but I just had to have it again in print, because I love owning books in print, and I also love owning physical things of serieses I enjoy. I won't spoil anything for those who haven't experienced it in either format yet (and be it the voice acting in the audiobook or the illustrations in this version, both have strong appeal to offer either experience), but I deeply enjoyed it. Several parts brought a tear to my eye--from laughter or otherwise. Super looking forward to more in the future, hopefully~ @jelloapocalypse

Hero Aca volume 37 also arrived in the same order (fig. lower left), but that's not important right now~

"Date night Babysitting"

When your Dad's on a date so you get to hang out with his date's cool daughter.

(I just want these two to develop a healthy sibling relationship where they both better each other WELL before their Dads sort their shit out.)

As always, the best way to experience League of Legends is engaging with any of the media other than the main game. To that end, here's a remarkably accurate Taya in their latest, Bandle Tale, which is absolutely everything I wanted. A big focus on yordles, a lot of tedious grinding... It's great~

Okay, so it's not really Pokédex completion, but I have been playing Cassette Beasts for, like, a week. This is all games have to do! Just make a turn-based RPG, give me a bestiary to fill out, and I will be content~

Also very fond of how having the DLC doesn't change the total, it just gives you some overcompletion~

Here's my final party, by the way. Mothmanic and Weevilite are two of those types where you catch 'em way early in the game and you always intend to replace them, but you never really find anything more useful/you like better, and they kinda grow on you after a while~

If this thing was constantly following you, repeating this phrase in a deep baritone, would you be scared? That's what I dreamed about! It was about a foot across, semi-transparent, floated about six inches off the ground, and was completely resistant to ghostbusting equipment.

I don't know if this qualifies as a nightmare or not~

Now, I'm not a background or architecture artist by any means or anything, but here's what I've been working on all night (and by "all night", I mean "the length of three roughly-90 minute movies"). It's Imp Taya's home! Her personal home, nestled in some horrible corner of the Gluttony domain! As an imp, she's pretty lucky to get a whole diner to herself, let alone one not stacked in a tower of fourteen others. It may be part of a huge support beam, and a giant fiberglass burger may have fallen in the roof, but that's just part of its grease-soaked charm. The rest of the vandalism is probably either her own doing, or just wear and tear of living in Hell~

Don't forget to read this post if you want a more general conception of the Gluttony domain's structure and design. A whole city street's a bit beyond my ability~

In case you thought the whole gluttony imp thing was just a fun character thing, here's the universe telling me to lean into it~

I wouldn't say this a great Homestar cosplay, but I would call this guy a no-armed whitey. Maybe he's in his Carl Spackler costume again~

Be like ol' Rayman Hands here! If you're not using a Psychic- or Ghost-type in your team (note my Metagross, so you know I'm not a hypocrite) so I can evolve Primeape, at least give me an interesting graphical glitch to talk about~
