We are putting on and hosting ZenYuki Month this Summer. It will run from May Twentieth to June Twentieth, and any type of creations are allowed. Fanmixes to original songs to fanart to edits to writing to anything that you’d like to create; ZenYuki must be the main focus of all creations. It will be a fun event, so do not bash any characters, pairings, etc… Even ones that are not in the event. (There will be both multishippers participating where ZenYuki is not their only Shirayuki or Zen ship, and therefore, respect all pairings and keep this fun and inclusive!)  I want to thank Arnab M., xyuukachii, Muselover1901, Otaku Trash, Kaedix, and the whole ZenYuki Week Server for providing all of these lovely prompts you see both above and below. I also want to thank NoctusFury and Sabraeal as well, for putting in time to help out with the planning and quality of this event. (And obviously, I want to thank Muselover1901 again for investing so much time and effort to help this event come to fruition.) And I want to thank the whole ZenYuki Writing Collab Server for their instruction and guidance as well. This event may be a ZenYuki one, but people all across the fandom have helped to get it this far. 

When you create a submission, you can either anonymously put it in the Submission Box, and we’ll go through and post it. Or you must @zenyuki-festival-2021 and put ZenYuki Month 2021 in one of your first five tags. And we’ll reblog it onto this page. (Have fun!) 

As you can see, the prompts above are colored in mostly sets of seven, and this color scheme is actually made for weekly themes. So, you can either fill out the individual prompts above or their weekly themes or combine them. Whatever inspires you and whatever you have time for, feel free to fill. This question is really hard. Like every character in the story ships Zenyuki.

Obviously Kiki, Mitsuhide, and Obi ships Zenyuki and gives them time alone.

Prince Izana? Although is actions might not seem that way but I feel like he approves of this relationship and the things he do is to test how strong Zenyuki’s bond is and it also helps Zenyuki develop their feelings and relationship more. Like during the Tanburn arc, after Zen tells him that he want Shirayuki to be his wife he lets Zen go. During the Lyrias arc, even though Zenyuki is apart their relationship is still going strong and maybe even stronger than before.

sometimes I wonder about their stance on children. in canon they’ve never mentioned how they feel about kids nor have they had much interaction with them. I think Zen likes the idea of having kids and his early interactions with Ryuu make me think that he’d be good at the dadly advise, but part of me wonders if he’d be hesitant about having children because he didn’t want to do it out of just duty. Like he knows bringing a child into the world is a big deal and he doesn’t want to just “donate” and then be absent during their upbringing. Shirayuki was a bit harder for me to imagine in the parent role, but I think she’d be extremely playful, always talking them outside to play, and constantly teaching them about nature. She’d also be a fierce mama bear if anybody ever messed with her kids. ANYWAY a while back when I was really bored at work I came up with some names and personalities for their children. First I came up with their first born son, Shehroze. I had this idea that Clarines had this old tradition where it was considered an extremely high honor to have your first born named by the queen, so I thought maybe Haki found a very grandiose name from Tanbarun and offered it to Zen and Shirayuki who ended up going with it. He had white hair and blue eyes and I imagined him being a kind of whiny kid who always clung to his mother’s skirts and didn’t like playing outside much. He did well in his studies and, despite a short rebellious phase in his teens, he grew up to be a very no nonsense nobleman and even insisted on an arranged marriage to a foreign noblewoman. Next was Kusum who was named after Shirayuki’s mom (although I came up with the daughter before that fic I wrote about her mom so technically the mom was named after her haha) She, of course, had red hair and blue eyes and was a year younger than Shehroze. She went everywhere with her dad, even to base inspections. She befriended young pages, and got in the occasional fist fight with them and, thanks to Uncle Obi’s training, she often won. As she grew up she really rejected the idea of becoming the ideal lady and especially of getting married off. Her parents were supportive of this, but she always went to her aunt Kiki for advice during this time. I imagine she grew up to become a military leader and only later did she eventually get married to a soldier who was finally able to win her respect. Finally I came up with the little princess, Lumi. She was born a few years after Kusum and was a very sweet little girl. Everyone always said she looked just like the Queen Mother, but with Shirayuki’s eyes. She was the only one of the children to take an interest in their mother’s work. Lumi learned all about plants and healing and became very talented at it. She became accomplished in nearly everything she tried: writing, drawing, music, etc. When she came of age she had no shortage of suitors, but she put them off for years while she finished her education and pursued a career in pharmaceuticals. I like to imagine her eventually meeting and falling in love with one of Raj’s sons so that Zen and Shirayuki will have to deal with Raj as an in law on the reg.

Well, besides the guards (Which several people have talked about all ready 😂) my guess would be Mitsuhide. He wants nothing but for Zen to be safe and happy, and seeing that Shirayuki make him both of those things, he supports them fully. Like in season one, episode twelve they hung around the castle festivities (I don’t remember what chapter of the manga it was oops) Mitsuhide and Kiki asked Shirayuki if she wanted this path— and when she said yes Mitsuhide told her she had his full support. We see this again when Mitsuhide got hypnotized. He’s not only supporting Zen but his relationship too and I dunno Mitsuhide seems like he would ship them along with supporting them. Kind of a lame answer but eh ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
