Hey real quick: kintypes are you.

If you have a kinlist with a lot of kintypes that you relate to or you connect to rather than those things being you, then you may want to look into otherhearted/fictionhearted or synpaths.

Another quick note: being otherhearted is not “lesser otherkin”. It’s just a different experience that some people have and can be as important in a person as a kintype.

What are your thoughts on the use of "ΘΔ", and where do you see it as appropriate/inappropriate to use? Thanks!

This question might be better directed at my partner system House of Chimeras (@liongoatsnake), who wrote and published Symbols Found In The Alterhuman & Related Communities. I'm afraid that while I know about the theta-delta's general history, I'm actually not very well-informed of the history behind "ΘΔ" separately as a character set used by the therian community. I want to say it was started by Ember (@synanthropic) on Twitter in late 2019 or early 2020 (the earliest use of it I can find on Twitter through its search bar is here, when a polytherian mentioned it in a reply to a suspended account, and I know Ember's account was suspended sometime during the Naia debacle in 2019-2021, which makes me feel like I'm right about this timeline?), but beyond that, I'm afraid I don't know enough to say much on it besides things that are already obvious (i.e. that people shouldn't combine the symbol with known hate symbols/movements). If there's a major controversy connected to "ΘΔ," then I am entirely unaware of it and have no knowledge of such. Sorry anon!

Vulpinian/Foxian

Vulpinian/Foxian

Vulpine/Fox therian attracted to other Vulpine/Fox therians. This focuses more on therians or otherkin identities, but may also apply to aldernic vulpines/foxes or vulpine/fox gender identifying folks!

Coined this as I’m a vulpine otherkin/therian, and generally feel attraction towards others who are vulpine otherkin/therians :) Notice: Absolutely *DO NOT* use this term if you identify as or support zoophilia! This is no way connects to that nor will it ever. (/srs)

have you ever had the day that you sing about in Up the Wolves? ("a day when you feel better / you'll rise up free and easy on that day") i want to believe it can really happen.

Avatar

It does happen and it will happen. In my own experience you don’t notice that it happened until a while afterwards but I am sure mileage varies considerably on this question. But on the question of whether the day comes or not I am very confident. It comes. Though we worry that it won’t, and feel pretty sure that it won’t, somehow it does.

you said "that day will come" after this line when I saw you live for the first time and I drove home crying because I realized it had and how grateful I was that I held on. i repeat it every time I play the song because it's just so powerful
