zach stone is too fucking real. not only is it a stab at the people who are willing to humiliate others, even their own families and friends, for fame, but it's also about this kid who just wants to be loved, despite his best friends moving away from him and his family not being there to support him emotionally, tied with the pressure to decide his future when he has no idea what to do with it.

zach was actually like very.. misunderstood :( yeah, he was a dick to greg and his family a lot, but really all he ever wanted was to feel loved and he lashed out at other people when he felt like they hated him. when greg would mention going to college and having a roommate, when amy dated nick, whenever his parents would criticize him. all he needed was validation and he sought it through his tv show- he never got it in real life because of the facade he put up. he even mentions knowing how annoying he is. he even gave up his dream college because he went to a college party and was alone the home time, “it was just like high school”, he couldn’t stand another 4 years of being alone and unloved. i love him bye :(
