Yes, you'll definitely be able to be taller than the RO's! The tallest is Calder at 6'3 (191cm) and we've already coded the option to be 6'3+ if you so wish. We've also included the option of being shorter than the shortest RO Sibyl who's 5’6 (169cm)— and of course, everything in between is also possible! Thank you for the ask!
You could feel VALENS' eyes follow you in your restless pacing after the argument and it only irritated you more. You could tell by the way their slender fingers traced the faint scar on their cheek and the way their mouth pressed together that they were sorry, but that word would never pass their lips. Instead, they deftly take a step forward and stand in your path, reaching their hands up to your cheeks, head tilted upwards and lips parted, ready to meet yours. As soon as they'd feel you attempt to step back or turn away, they'd stubbornly hold you tighter, letting out a gentle huff and relinquishing the kiss for a hug, pulling you tightly against their cold body. You don't know if you imagined it, but a somber whisper echoed in your mind: "Forgive me."
CALDER's arms were crossed and he looked to the ground— all you could still see behind the golden locks falling forth in his face was him biting his lips raw. He was clearly still deep in thought, planning whatever else he wanted to say next, but excuses weren't what you wanted to hear. Just as you turn your back to him and were about to walk away, you feel his hand grip your elbow and turn you back around. Skillfully wrapping an arm sturdy with muscle around your waist, he draws you in, tangling his other hand in your hair and pressing a rough kiss just on the corner of your mouth, barely missing your lips. Pulling back but not letting go, he merely states "I don't want to get angry."
It wasn't like SIBYL to push your buttons, but by the time you saw the sinking realization of what had occurred settle in their eyes, it was already too late. "I'm sorry," they rushed to you, taking your hands in theirs and gently pulling you down to them for a kiss. You don't know when it began, but your heart felt empty at those words— they were always so quick to apologize. Upon seeing you simply stand more upright at their gesture, they intertwined their fingers with your own, "I can make it up to you. I can..." you couldn't tell if they were trying to convince you, or themselves, but before you could contemplate it further, you felt their warm lips on the back of your hand.
For one, the Crown rarely gets into arguments, for no one can oppose the power and arrogance with which the kingdom is led. The issue is a minor one and ERIS' face simply refuses to betray emotion. Still, there is the slightest jerk of brow, the tightening of jaw, the twitch in the corners of their irritated smile. You may be taller and yet there is something about ERIS that renders you inferior after all. They stare at you in silence, as though they are reaching through your body and grabbing it with their bare hands. As if ERIS owns it. "You think you have the upper hand." There is chilling calmness to their words, one that— by tone alone— should relax you, but the intensity of their presence nearly twists you inside out. One of their arms reaches out and grabs you by the collar of your top before you can step back. With one harsh yank, they force you down - if not directly onto your knees. You look up, swimming... no, drowning in their stare and suddenly well aware that an anchor is strapped around your ankles, helping you sink; "Aren't you amusing."

Eris knows what fascination feels like, knows the subtle rhythm it. But this was a bit different. More real. Personal. Maybe it's blurring with all the time Eris kept on observing you.
Watching how innocent and fascinating it was to see how much longer will it take for the corruption to simply crush all you hold of hope. So untouched by taint, it was simply such a curious case.
But you were willing to spend such time with Eris. Maybe fascination goes both ways? Eris would be a willing subject, if you would be open to be probe also.
Thump. Thump. Thump.
Such entertainment to watch how you run all around the place. Eris' people were wary of such character, what malevolence hides beneath such childish thinking? But Eris know— oh Eris definitely knows that you were just pure. Simply pure.
Ready to be tainted. To be broken. Again. And again. And again.
Until there is no longer innocence to be brought out.
But why does it feels somewhat wrong?
Thump. Crack. Thump.
Eris knows what emotion was shimmering when you came back different— your radiance dimmer and your expression gone of usual cheer. You greeted Eris as usual, with your smile wrong wrong wrong and a question what's wrong what's wrong about work.
Eris looked at you, assessing on what has gone out of place. Knowing that you were not your usual self, something or someone was extinguishing your flame.
Watching you without your passion felt... different.
Wanting to ask. Wanting to know. Wanting you, in something uncharacteristic way.
A bit of chill when you dismissed yourself, walking away don't don't. Your silhouette growing smaller.
Thump. Thump. Thump.
Interesting. Intriguing.
That somewhere along the way, Eris accepted the bubbling, thumping of Eris' cold heart. Defrosting with your warmth, sucking every ounce of affection, receiving and giving in turn.
This development was new.
You gave Eris a peck on the cheek, grinning as you gently pulled. Your aura still dim, but bright. Eris swears on the corpses of those willing to harm you and overshadow your glow, that protection will be given.
You were the only pillar in this world. All the corruption made by Eris didn't work, only making the feeling deeper.
How would Valens cope if a child of theirs did end up inheriting their eyes? Would they treat the child any differently compared to if the child's sibling got their partner's eyes instead? I look forward to finally playing in your guys' world! x
Good question, anon! Actually, it depends on your play-through of the game. If we reveal more than that it'd be a spoiler, but in short, you can nudge VALENS and their relationship with others as well as themselves into negative or positive directions— BUT, if you choose to not interfere, then they'd likely have moments where they'd be unable to hide their subconscious preference, though they would never do so on purpose or in a very obvious manner, it would probably manifest more in subtle actions such as perhaps avoiding eye contact more often, which of course can still negatively impact their child's self-conscious. Even in case of a bratty or stubborn personality, depending on the relationship level, CALDER will prioritize helping you over acting obedient to your pouty remarks. In danger, he will ensure you are brought to safety — truly a knight in shining armor. Considering how physical CALDER can become the stronger his feelings for you grow, he won't shy away from showing his dominant side by picking you up behind closed doors and placing you where he wants you to be.

Not exactly! ERIS wouldn't force it onto MC or leave them over it, but they'd seek a concubine or some other method of having an offspring— since magic exists in this world, the right blue-blood and a pretty penny can open many doors for other methods. They wouldn't force it upon you to take care of them either, spending money on a wet nurse and caretakers wouldn't put a dent in their pockets.
