Vivziepop expects us to ship Huskerdust, yet Angel spends all his time flirting and sexually harassing Husk, who’s visibly uncomfortable and annoyed by his behavior. As for Husk, he sings an entire song comparing his relationship with Alastor and his gambling addiction to being as awful as Angel's sexually abusive relationship with Valentino, who repeatedly assaults him. He claims they’re both “losers” and tells Angel he needs to “quit whining” and “suck it up” because he’s not the only person with problems.

Huskerdust has anti-chemistry, meaning the more these two interact, the more incompatible they’re proven to be. Angel has no respect for Husk’s boundaries, just like how Husk has no respect for his trauma. There’s nothing between these two, and there could’ve been if Vivziepop was a good writer who understood how to develop characters and their relationships, but considering how poorly written Stolitz, Chaggie, and M/M are, it’s obvious she’s incapable of doing it.

Huskerdust shippers have created fanart and fics that have given Angel and Husk far more chemistry than anything Hazbin Hotel will give them, which is a shame because it shows what this ship could’ve been in the hands of a capable writer.
