i feel like the people who are making fun of the silly lyrics in ttpd don't really know taylor's music (at least, not her pre-folklore songs) because she's always had lyrics like that?? they're just now paying attention. like - her snotty little family all dressed in pastel. a gown shaped like a pastry. i guess i’ll just stumble on home to my cats! my daddy's gonna show you how sorry you'll be! no amount of vintage dresses gives you dignity. with your organic shoes and your MILLION DOLLAR COUCH.
