War on Hormone (Minghao/The8 x Reader Smut)
AN: The time has finally come! OMG my first smut is out. Okay I have a couple acknowledgements to make. Firstly, thank you Mingming anon for requesting this. I loved the idea and had so much fun exploring this side of Minghao (our baby with infinite possibilities <3) Secondly, thank you @imaginethesedorks for brainstorming with me and helping me! :* Thank you @otonii-chan for always encouraging me to keep going (wtf did i win an oscar or something??) and @kawaiihanbin this is me tagging you :p I gotchu girl ;) So now that i’m made my speech (honstly how did that even happen) WARNINGS: obviously SMUT warnings, umm angry sex, spanking, minor cheating, a bit of rough housing, i think that’s about it.
Summary: Minghao has a girlfriend and all the boys want her, well you. His members disrespecting him makes him mad but you seeing now problems with it pushes him to his breaking point. He’s determined to show you and his members who you belong to.
You’re sitting on your couch watching TV, wishing you had something to do. You had hoped to spend some time with your boyfriend Minghao but, he had a busy schedule today and you decided it was best not to bother him. As you flick through channels trying to find a good show to watch you hear your phone ping, it’s Minghao.
Our schedule was double booked and has been moved to next week, can you come over?
You feel a smile creep across your face. You couldn’t be luckier, you finally had something to do and it was spending time with your boyfriend. I’ll be there soon! you type in response.
You jump up from the couch and run upstairs to your bedroom to find an outfit. You open your closet taking out clothes in armfuls and throwing them onto the bed. You and Minghao had been together long enough for you to feel comfortable walking around in sweatpants and a t-shirt, but today you wanted to put in the extra effort (and not look like you had spent your day in front of the TV).
After about 10 minutes of holding clothes to your body and then throwing them across the room only to decide that they might look good with something else and bringing them back to the pile on your bed, you finally settle on wearing the cute red dress with the black collar you bought last week with black thigh high socks and pumps. You didn’t quite see the point of the collar, since the dress had a wide neck, but you looked hot in it so you weren’t really concerned.
You head outside and summon a cab, eager to get to the dorm. You spend the ride reading the cute messages Minghao is sending you.

The cab pulls up in front of Seventeen’s dorm and you get out. You walk up the steps to the door and fix your dress before knocking. You hear muffled voice coming from inside and try to make them out. You’re pretty sure you hear someone yell “don’t let him go!” just as the door opens. A smiling Junhui stands before you and behind him you see Chan and Soonyoung blocking your boyfriend at the stairs, you laugh at the situation.
“Wow y/n you look hot” Jun says bringing your attention back to him. He leans against the door frame and crosses his arms, shamelessly checking you out. Your cheeks go red and you suddenly feel a twig of concern towards the neck of your dress.
“Thanks, so do you plan on letting me or..” you raise your hands and shrug your shoulders. Junhui considers for a moment before stepping aside and allowing you into the house: “just this time” he replies with a wink. At the same time Minghao finally manages to shove Soonyoung into the wall and slip under his arm.
“Y/n I’m so happy you’re here! I’ve really missed you.”
Chan makes a puking face in the background causing you to chuckle “I missed you too Hao.”
He is about to pull you into a hug when you hear footsteps approaching at a rapid pace. “Was that y/n noona at the door?” Seungkwan appears around the corner out of breath. As soon as he sees you he pulls you into a tight hug. “I haven’t seen you in so long!” he cries into your shoulder.
“Kwannie you saw me last week” you say laughing and patting his back.
His crying must have attracted the attention of the other boys because soon Hansol, Mingyu and Seungcheol are joining you all in the front with curious expressions on their faces.
“I told you it was Seungkwan crying” Hansol says to Mingyu.
“Well Soonyoung likes to be over dramatic too so I wasn’t far off”.
“Hey!” Soonyoung shouts “I am not dramatic! How could you even say that?!”
“My point exactly” Mingyu sighs causing Hansol to nod in agreement. “So, y/n still making boys lose their minds huh?”
“What are you talking about?” you ask, trying to pry yourself out of Seungkwan’s hug.
“You walk in here looking as pretty as you are, it’s no wonder Seungkwan’s gone insane.”
You feel a blush growing in your cheeks and look down at the floor shyly. “She’s here to see me. She’s dressed nice, for me!” If anyone hears Minghao’s argument, they ignore him and he angrily storms out of the room. Junhui follows him out along with Chan and Seungkwan. Before you can really grasp what’s going on Soonyoung and Seokmin are whisking you into the living room and sit you down on the couch.
“Minghao-ah where are you going?” Junhui calls after his member. Minghao stops and spins around.
“You all seem to have my girlfriend taken care of, so why should I stick around?”
“We were just welcoming y/n, why are you getting jealous?” Seungkwan says in defence.
“You were doing more than just welcoming her” he spits.
Chan feels the need to be the voice of reason and steps in. “Hyung’s right, you guys should respect that y/n noona is his girlfriend and not flirt with her like that.” The two boys hang their heads and apologize. “Good now Minghao hyung, noona is probably waiting for you. Let’s go back.”
Minghao smiles at his younger, “you’re right, thanks Channie.”
Soonyoung sits beside you on the couch and stretches his arm out behind you. All of the boys grab seats around you and you realize Minghao isn’t there. You stand up and look around but he is nowhere to be seen.
“Sit down y/n, what are you doing?” Soonyoung asks while tugging lightly on your dress.
“Jeonghan!” Seungcheol calls to his member who has just come through the door.
“Wonwoo’s at the car unloading groceries, you guys should go help him” the long haired boy says as he enters the living room.
The members all leave the room and Jeonghan sits down beside you. “I didn’t know you were coming over today y/n” the words are innocent but the tone he uses implies otherwise.
“Yeah, Minghao invited me after your schedule got canceled.”
“That’s nice, are you two going out?” he asks looking at your dress.
You giggle “no, am I too fancy to be in your dorm?”
“No, well maybe a bit but that’s okay.” He scoots closer to you as he continues talking: “you’re staying for dinner right?”
“Soonyoung said he wouldn’t speak to me for a week if I didn’t so I don’t have much of a choice” you laugh nervously as he moves closer to you. You are so absorbed in his movements that you do not notice Minghao entering the room.
“Your hair is very nice” Jeonghan says as he brushes a lock off of your cheek.
You look down at your lap, “thanks.”
Jeonghan is not a subtle kind of guy and he is getting bored with having to make small talk. The fact of the matter is; you look hot and he is attracted to you, so he is going to do something about it. He slips two fingers under your chin guiding you to look at him. You can’t help but get lost in his eye, he’s beautiful and you cannot deny him. With his fingers still under your chin he brings your face close to his, lingering for just a moment before kissing you.
You catch yourself too late, you’re dating Minghao you shouldn’t be kissing his members. When you pull away from Jeonghan, Minghao has already slipped out of the room absolutely furious.
“This isn’t right Jeonghan, I’m dating your member. He invited me here today and I still haven’t properly seen him” you feel the guilt building in the pit of your stomach. How could you be such a shitty girlfriend?
Jeonghan falls back on the couch feeling slightly defeated, “you’re right, I’ll back off don’t worry.”
You send a gracious smile his way before getting up to look for Minghao. You walk down the hall way peaking into all of the rooms, but you don’t see him anywhere. The thought of him seeing you and Jeonghan kissing creeps into your mind and gives you chills, he would be so hurt.
You are heading upstairs to see if he’s in his room when Hansol stops you. “The vocal unit is doing a karaoke sing off, they want you to be the judge.”
“I really have to find Hao though.”
“He’s probably already in the room, come on!” he places a firm hand on your back pushing you forward.
When you get in the room you do a quick scan and see Minghao in the back leaning against the wall, on his phone. Before you can even get his attention, hands are pulling you in the other direction to where the vocal unit has lined up in front of the karaoke machine. When the music starts all of the boys gather around to watch and support their members. After Jisoo does his solo you see Minghao squeeze his shoulders praising his voice. All your worries about him being upset leave you and you begin cheering and dancing with the rest of the boys.
Hansol takes you hand while dramatically doing Seungkwans ad lib. You take on Seokmin’s part and together you lip-sync their duet. Once the song finishes, you casually wrap your arms around Hansol waist from behind and declare Jihoon the winner. The choice was between him and Jeonghan and since your conscience wouldn’t allow you to choose Jeonghan, the winner was clear.
Satisfied with the outcome of the sing off, the boys head off to prepare for dinner. You see Minghao leaving the room with Junhui and Wonwoo and stop him at the door. “Any chance of me getting that hug now?” you ask while playing with the front of his shirt. He gives you a loose hug without saying a word, then follows his members downstairs for dinner. You stand at the door in shock wondering what on earth just happened.
Dinner is a combination of grabby hands and loud chatter and ‘who can eat the fastest competitions’. All of the boys are cheerful while they stuff their faces with the delicious food Jisoo made, all except for Minghao. You took the seat beside him and have been watching him this whole time. He’s barely eaten anything on his plate, which was concerning since he always eats his meals, and he still hasn’t said a word to you or anyone for that matter.
You finish your dinner and decide to see if he will open up to you about what’s bothering him. “Is everything okay Hao, you’ve been awfully quiet today.”
His reaction is delayed and you think he didn’t hear you. You are about to repeat your question when he finally responds: “I’m surprised you even noticed.”
“What’s that supposed to mean?” you ask, feeling attacked by his words.
“It means, I’m surprised you’ve noticed anything about me since you’ve been so busy getting friendly with my members.” He’s refusing to look at you but you know there’s anger evident in his eyes.
“The boys like to play around, it’s not a big deal, but I’m really sorry you felt neglected.” You rest a hand on his leg, but he pushes you off.
“Do you respect our relationship?”
“Of course I do!” where is this all coming from you wonder. You are ready to go off about how much you care about him and this relationship, but he’s not finished yet.
“So you plan to sit there, and tell me, that you care about us, but see no problem, with flirting with other guys?” he has reached his breaking point. Every time he pauses it feels like your being stabbed, you can feel the rage pouring out of his words.
“Minghao,” you say, your voice barely audible.
He refuses to give you a chance. He stands up and grabs you by your wrist pulling you up also. Some of the boys turn to see what’s going on, he pays no attention to them as he drags you up the stairs to his room. You try to say something, but you voice is caught in your throat and nothing comes out.
When you reach his room he throws you down on his bed, not bothering to close the door. He walks over to the dresser and begins to rummage through drawers. You watch him, trying to figure out what he will do next. He pulls out a line of condoms and angrily tares one off with his teeth throwing it onto the bed. “Take off your clothes” his voice is deep and powerful, breaking you from your thoughts.
