When you left me - Jumin Han

Hey guys! So I’m writing a little mini series that’s explained more in depth here, but the basic premise of these is that during V’s good ending, he leaves for two years but in that time MC might still be lonely and turns to one of the RFA members for comfort. I’m making one for each member, but here’s for Jumin ♡ Small note, lines that are fully italicized mean it’s Jumin’s thoughts.

Jumin coudn’t be more disappointed in Jihyun. Just because he understood why he left, he didn’t think it was responsible. Rika needed help, the RFA members wanted answers, you wanted him to be there for you like you were for him, and he decided he needed to leave. He was always concerned for you, to the point where Jaehee was a bit quizzical about how and why he was so upset about it. He was persistent that you were an RFA member who went through a lot, and therefore he should be concerned about you. That was enough of an explanation for Jaehee, but Jumin couldn’t stop thinking about it. His mind danced around the reason, subconsciously knowing it but refusing to think it directly. It’s because she’s an RFA member. That’s why you’re concerned. He thought that time and time again, but something was tugging at him that it was more. He hadn’t felt this before, and didn’t know how to respond.  Before he went completely crazy with his thoughts, his phone lit up with an accompanying sound. He read the message on his screen, sighing in relief. You had messaged him, asking to come over. His worry skyrocketed, and he immediately send a car to pick you up. The message was from the driver, saying he got her over safely and was in the hands of his guards now, and should be at his door at any moment. As his eyes scanned over the final word, he heard a firm knock at his door. He set his phone down and walked over, feeling relieved as he saw you on the other side. He guested for you to come in, and then for the security to stay out. The door closed behind you, and you two were now alone. “I’m glad to see you got here safely. “Come,” he said, leading you into the living room. “Can I get you a drink, or anything to eat?”  “Just some water would be great...” The glass was already filling in his hand before you could even finish your sentence. “Thank you, Jumin,” you said softly as he handed you the glass. “It’s nothing. You know I can get you anything you need”. You laughed, but he could tell there was no humor behind it. In fact, it made you think about how V left you. “I know... I know. That’s why I called you. You’re here. You didn’t just leave!” Your grip on your glass tightened as you tried to stop tears from flowing down your face. “I mean, I understand it when someone wants space. But I’m hurting too! Someone I thought I cared about tricked and manipulated me, and I just had to be there for someone else. And I’m not angry that I had to be supportive of him, I know how much he went through, but why couldn’t he be here for me?” You were sobbing now, unable to stop talking. “Why did he have to leave? I didn’t expect him to do anything grand. All I wanted was for him to be here for me. Why can’t anyone be here for me?”  Before he could stop himself, Jumin leaned in and embraced you in his arms. You quickly clung to him, your glass of water dropping to the floor and spilling in the carpet. But neither of you noticed as you buried your head into his shoulder, your tears staining his shirt. Jumin didn’t know what he was doing, but he knew he hated seeing you hurting, and in that moment hated Jihyun for doing this to you. He wasn’t sure of what he could say to help you, so he just held you while you cried. On top of his anger, he felt confused. He didn’t know anymore how he felt about you, and he was feeling things he hadn’t ever experienced before.  He snapped out of his thoughts as soon as you pulled away, and you looked at the tears on his shirt and the water you spilled on the floor. “Oh my gosh, I’m so sorry, I’ve made such a mess,” you mumbled as you wiped your face dry. “I-I should go”. You went to push yourself up, and Jumin placed a hand on your arm. “Don’t go”. You looked at him, confused. “What?” “Don’t go. I want you to stay here”. Jumin didn’t know what he was saying, but he couldn’t stop himself. “I know you felt like no one was there for you. But I’m here for you. Right now, and always. I want to prove to you that I care about you”. Stop it. Jumin felt his heart beating faster and faster, even more so when he saw your eyes flicker down to his lips and back up to his eyes. She’s in love with Jihyun, as he is with her. You were the one who leaned in and pressed your lips against his, and despite wanting it Jumin was to astonished to do anything. After noticing how stiff he was, you pulled away, feeling dread in your heart. “Oh my god, I-I’m so sorry,” you stuttered out, quickly standing up and composing yourself before going for the door. “I shouldn’t have- I thought you- I’m so sorry-”  Let her leave. Don’t do this to them or yourself. Jumin took half a second before standing up and walking after you. You had your hand on the door, and the handle was barely turned before he was behind you. He raised his hand up to press it firmly against the door, keeping you from opening it. You were so focused on leaving you didn’t even realize he was behind you, and spun around with eyes wide from shock. “Jumin?” This isn’t right. Jumin used his other hand to gently lift your face, his thumb stroking your cheek. “I meant what I said. I always do,” Jumin whispered before he leaned down and kissed you. Stop it. You embraced him, almost too eagerly. He liked it, almost too much. You know better than this. His hand left the door, finding purchase on your waist against where your shirt had lifted slightly from facing up. The feeling of your bare skin against his hand sent what felt like electricity through his body. This isn’t you. Your hands were starting to unbutton his shirt, and in response his hands were pulling you closer. As he felt his hands against his now bare skin, the voice inside his head telling him to stop disappeared. He couldn’t think about if this was right or wrong, what this would to to you and Jihyun, or even to him and Jihyun. All he had on his mind was you, and you were right in front of him. He wasn’t going to waste a single of second of time with you.

When you left me - Hyun Ryu

Zen had never felt so conflicted before. Rika and Jihyun had given him the life he had. Without then he wasn't sure where his career would be, but even more unsure of what his life would be like without the RFA. They were his family. But now Rika was crazy, and Jihyun left them. He felt like it was so hard for him to deal with him being gone, so he can’t even imagine how you felt. He tried to check up on him, but there was so much for him to think about he couldn’t always remember. When you called him sounding upset, he was worried he hadn’t been talking to you enough. He was sitting in his living room, running his hands through his hair when he heard you knock. He nearly fell over with how fast he bolted up to run to answer the door.  “Hey! You made it! Come in~!” He said as he practically yanked you inside. He was worried about you, and had no intentions of hiding it. You couldn’t help but laugh as you entered. “Hey Zen. Good to see you too-” You were cut off as he quickly pulled you into an embrace. “I’m so glad you’ve come over,” he sighed as he squeezed you tightly.  But he quickly pulled away, holding you by the shoulders to look you in the eyes. “Are you okay?” You felt your face become a bit warm as you stared back at him, fumbling with your words for a moment. “Y-Yeah! Well, no- but-” You laughed and shook your head to break the intense eye contact with him. “It’s hard to stay in a bad mood around you. I guess that’s why I called”. Zen’s hands lingered on you before letting go, walking towards his living room. “Here, let’s sit down. Do you want anything? I mean, I don’t have that much food here, or really anything to drink except beer... I can get you a glass of water?” He asked sheepishly. “As tempting as you make it sound, I think I’ll pass,” you couldn’t help but chuckle. You sat down on his couch, and he quickly joined you. “So, what’s going on?” Zen paused before grimacing slightly. “Well, that’s a bit of a ridiculous question. I already know, but you seemed to be okay. Did something change?” You played with the ends of your hair, unable to meet his gaze. “Just... It’s been hard. Everything that happened with Mint Eye... Ray lied to me. He told me you all were fake, he tried to drug me, Rika tried to get me to join, but you weren’t all fake and suddenly I had to trust you all over them...” You dropped your head in your hands, feeling exhausted just thinking about it all again. “It’s been a lot. And for all of us, and it’s just that when we got Jihyun out I was there for him the entire time, and I just hoped that...” your voice trailed off.  “You hoped he’d be there for you too?” Zen felt his heart break for you as he finished your sentence. “But then he left...”  You sat back up, wrapping your arms around yourself and keeping your eyes on the floor. “But then he left,” you repeated. “Since he’s left I felt so isolated. I just,” you bit your lip, trying to stop any tears from falling. “I just don’t want to be lonely anymore”. Hearing you say that hit Zen hard. He’s sure he’s said that exact same sentence, but knew it was so much worst for you. He pulled you into a hug again,  and you buried your face into his chest. You felt safer in his arms, but couldn’t help some stray tears from falling which were quickly absorbed in his shirt. Zen gently rubbed your back, unable to think of anything to say. He kissed the top of your head, trying to comfort you. He pulled away a bit, just enough to see the small smile that formed on your face through the tears. He again gave ou a small kiss, this time on your forehead. You couldn’t help but laugh softly. “Zen...”  You seemed to be happier, and that’s all Zen wanted. He kissed you again against your temples, then down on your cheek.  This is a dangerous game you’re playing... No sooner than the thought finished in his mind did his lips find yours. Part of him knew this was a bad idea, but a bigger part of him wanted you. He wanted to make sure you never felt lonely again. 

When you left me - Yoosung Kim

I’m making one for each member, but here’s for Yoosung ♡  Small note, lines that are fully italicized mean it’s Yoosung’s thoughts.

Yoosung really didn’t want to hate Jihyun anymore. He wanted to forgive, and move on, but it was hard. He watched Rika get help, and realized just how bad she had gotten. He wanted to break the habit of blaming him, and he was starting to with Rika, but now he’s hurting you. You’ve been through so much with Jihyun, so he was already incredibly concerned about you. But now you messaged him close to midnight saying you needed someone, and you didn’t know who else to go to. Jihyun’s been gone for nearly a year now, and Yoosung couldn’t believe he left. He knows people need time and space, but he left too soon. His thoughts were interrupted by a tiny knock on his dorm room door, so faint he almost thought he had just imagined it. Regardless he rushed to the door, and opened it to see your shivering form. “Whoa, are you okay? Here, come in!” “Thank you,” you replied shakily. “It’s just been raining so much lately, I ran from my car but got soaked anyways”. Yoosung quickly lead you into his room, grabbing a blanket and wrapped it around you. He sat you two on his bed, and you gently squeezed his hand on your shoulder as a thanking gesture. Despite your hands being icy cold, he liked the feeling of your hand on his. He quickly forgot the thought to focus more on you. “Are you warming up? Can I get you some tea or anything? I think I have some-” You laughed softly, shaking your head. “I’m okay with this blanket. It’s getting colder and colder lately. I guess mother nature knows how I’m feeling and wants to rub it in”. Yoosung laughed halfheartedly. “Yeah... But are you okay? What’s wrong?” He already knew the answer, but asked anyways. “Just... I kept having to be the rock, you know? For Jihyun when we left Mint Eye, for Seven while he had to fight against Rika, for you all when you found everything out... You guys kept complimenting me on how strong I was to be there for all of you”. You looked down at your hands, idly playing with your thumbs. “I went through a lot there too. And I just didn’t expect him to not realize, and to just leave...”  Yoosung felt a wave of guilt hit him. He knew who you weren’t talking about him, but thought about how focused he was on Rika that he didn’t ask you how you were nearly enough. He adjusted himself to be facing you, and gently put a hand on your shoulder. “I can’t speak for anyone else, but I can promise you one thing. I’ll be there for you more. I got so caught up in everything, I wish now I paid more attention to you... I’m sorry. I’m really sorry. For everything that happened to you, for him leaving, for not caring for you more. But I’m here from here on out. 24/7, whenever you need me. I promise to be better”. You put your hand on his again, but this time kept it there. You looked up at him, pausing while you found the the words to say. “I... I knew you’d be here for me. That’s why I came to you first. I never doubted how much you care about me Yoosung”. Yoosung felt his thoughts starting to jumble. He was thinking about your hand on his, the words you were speaking, and how close you two were to each other. He was trying to think about everything so he couldn’t focus on anything, but something in his brain told him to lean into you and close the space between your lips. For just a moment, his mind was completely blank as he kissed you. It felt like a million years before the next thought entered his mind. Her lips are so soft. There were brief thoughts that this was wrong, but they were quickly pushed to the back of his mind. Jihyun was the one who left, he’s the one that stayed there for you. He’s the one who cared more about you. So he’s the one who was with you in this moment. His hands found their place on your waist, against your bare skin under your shirt. Your skin was icy cold still, but he wanted to give you his warmth. He should’ve been thinking that this was wrong, that it was happening too fast, you shouldn’t be pushing his clothes out of the way, or that he shouldn’t respond by doing the same. But it felt so natural to you. All of this just felt right. He wanted to be with you, and so he was for the rest of that night.

Okay so the post just asking if the blog was alive got 40 notes which is more than non-requests get so! I can get to writing again :] so I’m going to TOTALLY purge the ask box and my drafts.... Yup. Usually, when I go on these little writing breaks I’m still checking up on the blog, but this time I totally took a complete break from it. So, to start completely anew, I’ll clean everything behind the scenes :] 

Oh god is this blog still on
