While social distancing is important, this is actually very inaccurate. The second wave of the 1918 flu began around September-October, when the virus had mutated en masse back to the lethal strain. By November, millions of people had already died; the majority of deaths took place over six weeks during that autumn. (I’m sure the Armistice Day celebrations didn’t help, though.)
To those yelling about being isolate and stuck at home, read this. If you’re pushing for businesses returning to normal, read this. We are NO WHERE near peak yet, people!

My Hobbit and Dwarf Treasure! I had run into issues right around Yule (health and personal) and didn’t get a chance to post this. My @mithril-and-acorns present from my secret Santa was amazing. She filled my beautiful box with treasures for both my hobbit side (loads of amazing tea and a cute tea ball) as well as for my dwarf side (bracelets and all kinds of pretties). My smial door charm is just too cute! The only clue I have for her identity though is that we’re both from the same state.
