I want Sanders Sides aus where the sides are just. Normal. Like super casual, everyone in the world’s mind has sentient pieces of their personality that inhabit each individual’s mind and argue all the time. Thomas goes to the store and sees a random stranger whose rational side is arguing with their decadent side over whether or not they should get that chocolate cake. Logan makes an amused comment about it, but then Thomas messes up some minor social cue and suddenly his anxiety is screaming at the top of his lungs in a Walmart at 11:30 at night. Everyone in the vicinity glances up but when they see that it’s a side, they all just roll their eyes and go back to minding their own business.
Just. The sides being a completely normal concept that everyone in the world has to deal with is hilarious to me. Plus, it gives us all a great opportunity to feature fander sides in our fics

Imagine they just follow each other around as if they are always visible- imagine that the sides are just always there like Thomas grew up with them. Or imagine he can’t feel or think clearly if one of them sleeps at a different time- or they literally keep him up at night by physically pestering him. “Oi kid pay attention in class!” “I am!” “Nope, your Logic is being distracted cause your Creativity is literally daydreaming!”

So, I know a lot of people in this fandom have been afraid of this new Tumblr thing and everyone jumping ship because of it. It’s a scary thing, especially when you think of losing the fam-ily we have all grown to have here. And as much as I’d love to stay optimistic and stay here blissfully ignoring the chaos going on around me, I can’t. So that's why I made a Dreamwidth account. It’s not as slick looking or feeling as Tumblr is, but its the next best thing that you can currently get for free.
Why am I telling you all this? Well because I decided to make a Thomas Sanders Fan community over there, there wasn’t one so I took the liberty of making my own. I want us all to continue what we have here elsewhere. Now, Tumblr could potentially bounce back from this terrible flop, but in the meantime, if you want to try and preserve our fam-ily then please consider making a Dreamwidth account and joining this community.
