Be soft.
Do not let the world make you hard.
Do not let pain make you hate.
Do not let the bitterness steal your sweetness.
Take pride that even though the rest of the world may disagree, you still believe it to be a beautiful place.

Our culture has accepted two huge lies. The first is that if you disagree with someone’s lifestyle, you must fear or hate them. The second is that to love someone means you agree with everything they believe or do. Both are nonsense. You don’t have to compromise convictions to be compassionate.

What is your faith?
Hi there! I am a Christian. So I believe in the Bible and the story of the Gospel: that Jesus died for me so that I could live. I believe that the Gospel and the Good News of the Bible has relevance in my life today and has the ability to impact each and every person's life along with encourage and inspire each person. I know faith is a very broad topic, so feel free to ask me more questions if you want to know more! Thank you for asking, friend! :)
Perhaps it is no wonder that the women were first at the Cradle and last at the Cross. They had never known a man like this Man - there never has been such another. A prophet and teacher who never nagged at them, never flattered or coaxed or patronised; who never made arch jokes about them, never treated them either as "The women, God help us!" or "The ladies, God bless them!"; who rebuked without querulousness and praised without condescension; who took their questions and arguments seriously; who never mapped out their sphere for them, never urged them to be feminine or jeered at them for being female; who had no axe to grind and no uneasy male dignity to defend; who took them as he found them and was completely unself-conscious. There is no act, no sermon, no parable in the whole Gospel that borrows its pungency from female perversity; nobody could possibly guess from the words and deeds of Jesus that there was anything "funny" about woman's nature.

It’s truly amazing how white snow is. You can compare any other white object to it and the snow will always appear to be at least a dozen times whiter. One could perhaps say that snow is the purest of white.
And to think my wonderful, gracious God has called me white as snow.

One of the most important things God has taught me is that I don’t need to understand. I don’t need to have all the answers. I need only to believe and to abide by His will.

He makes all things beautiful. Even that ugly circumstance that you're going through. Even that broken heart that you can't seem to repair. Even that depression you've been fighting. Even that insecure thought you've been wrestling with. He makes all things beautiful. His beauty has no limits.

Strive for progress, not perfection.

You are worthy- but not because you’re the best at a sport or the most beautiful person in town or the smartest in your family or that one person that never has off days. You don’t have to be the best or the prettiest or the smartest or the most perfect. You are worthy- simply because you just are.
