Seriously though. 😂 I understand to someone in their teens 37 might seem old, but it’s really not once you hit your mid 20s. People regularly live to be like 90, 37 is nothing.

What y’all don’t understand is that calling Ethan an “old man” is a running joke in the community seeing the age difference between MC and him canonically. If y’all can’t even handle that then I don’t know what y’all can tbh.

Yeahhh... except even in various fanfics people will describe him as "elder" and "old" and not be doing it in a tongue-in-cheek sort of way, so in many cases it's not even said as a joke. Perhaps you should glance outside your bubble for a second and consider other people have seen or considered things you haven't.
