Oh, is it good to be home. I am so blessed to live in a place I have loved so strongly for five years.
Have fun on the east coast!
I’m leaving gladly today! Back to my desert fantasy with my sweet kitten.
Last day here before a (way too early) morning flight back home to my sweet kitten.
This sweater was made for my mom by my grandma to wear on the ferry to Fire Island and she gifted it to me. “If sweaters could tell stories…”, she said as she watched me slip it on, it fitting perfectly to my frame, the sleeves half sleeves right where I always roll mine up. A proud owner of this 30+ year old sweater now. I can’t wait to add to the stories.
My childhood home🌱 my mother is such a garden witch and it’s so admirable.
Ootd // the best day surrounded by family & food celebrating new life.
It’s been nearly five years of living on the west coast & the time jump when traveling back east gets me every time.
Bahia agate for the win ~ her name is Nippy Cristy and I have not put her down since I’ve gotten it. Such a special stone.
Welcome to my spiderweb in the corner of the garden! Grab a joint & come join🌿
that couch is a good find
Genuinely. It’s so brand new and just what I wanted. I can’t believe it was still there four hours later. Apparently it was hot within the neighborhood so I SNATCHED it. And it’s lightweight so I can easily move it. I’m so excited hehehe. My first couch!!!
Once Dandy and I got the couch back to the house after carrying it down the street✨ it matches my love’s feather couch perfectly.
Do you know what it feels like to be hugged by the universe?
My neighborhood was going off with yard sales this morning. I’ve never been a yard sale person, nor has anyone in my family. But I saw this couch at 9am and couldn’t stop thinking about it. Four hours later & I decided to take a walk to see if perhaps it was still there. And it was!! Originally $180, brand new. I got it for $80 and Angus already loves it. So happy I found this!! And I’m so happy I have a gal pal who’s down to carry a couch back to the house.
Angus also broke another plant pot ten minutes after I took those photos.
