might fuck around and just name this fic after a lyric from love crime, the song used in the final episode of hannibal, which i have been listening to while i write because it's a tonal match and also The Associations. do the lyrics particularly match the fic itself? no, not really. are the lyrics recognizable enough that people will realize The Associations? definitely not. but frankly i'm getting desperate

Ik there are usamericans following me I have a question for yall , what the fuck do y'all even eat . Like . The typical huge greasy American breakfast has to be an exaggeration but I really can't think of meals that don't contain stuff exclusive to my country and do you guys even have that honestly

#huge greasy breakfasts are a restaurant thing#my usual breakfast is a ham sandwich and tea but that's a little atypical#i'm pretty sure the average actual american just has cereal or toast or eggs and toast#unless there's someone making breakfast for you we generally have stuff you can make and eat quickly#'breakfast for dinner' exists because people like breakfast food but don't have time to make it in the morning

i actually dont think there's anything funnier than people watching a show or whatever bc they heard it allegedly had gay people in it then getting upset when it includes incredibly normal genre specific tropes that they personally dont like, like maybe you should have checked that before you watched it king and then they get mad at the show for being the show that it is instead of embracing it for what it is. like I'm so sorry that axe murderer 30000 had axe murderers in it and didnt have a happy ending and was really violent but i do think there are some context clues around it that could have let you pick up on that
