The end of the year is coming and a time to reflect for a lot of us. On a personal level it’s been the worst year possible for me, but one weekend brought some light in all the darkness I’ve felt (and feel).

After supporting Lewis before this man even made it into F1 I finally had the honor to meet him in Zandvoort this year. While they always say you shouldn’t meet your idols, because they can only disappoint, that doesn’t go for him. Lewis truly was so sweet, nice and patient with me. Asking me questions and taking his time for me.

The following day I met him again (short this time), but Angela was about to drive away and (even if it might be in my mind/head) the moment I said: please Lewis? He signaled and she stopped and he took his time for us to take pics and sign some stuff (a small and patient group not the one below).

I thought the highlight of the weekend would have been getting posted on his Insta and Twitter, but just hours later I was finally face to face with him.

I wish I could have told him how much his Instastories motivated me this horrible year and how he pushed me to do even the smallest things. How proud I am to have seen him as a junior and now as a 7-time world champion. And even more: of all that he does besides this sport. But I’m glad I was able to meet him as the most humble idol ever ♥️.

Hahaha. I see a lot of people viewing it as that.

I see it more as him watching her (as she enters the bus) saying politely hi. (See doesn’t reply nor even looks at him) and he says hello again (still getting ignored) and then laughing with the blonde one behind her who does greet him 😂

All I’m seeing is Magui hinting and I indeed read Kika has been very mean - in messages - about Logan’s gf??? I have no idea how true that is. I’m scrolling through it with my tea and then carry on haha. Only one that shocked me is Lissie.

Did I tell btw: IM GOING TO THE MONACO GPPPPP?????? Alone. Yup. I've lost my mind haha. But I saw so many - way younger - people going to GP's alone and I was like: WHY NOT? And why not do a street circuit where you just travel by train, get to the city and boom the city is the circuit.

So I'm now very busy with trying to see what I'm going to wear haha. I have the privilege that Neon Yellow does suit my skin tone so I have to dye some things neon and customize them a bit to give them a Team LH sprinkle haha.

Just Vini hugging Jude mid-interview and calling him by saying: "Eae Moleke 🤪😜" + banter in portuguese with Rudiger.

Translation:

Tati (interviewer): "...the level, the quality of the Brazilian national team after you are leaving yet another match as mvp?"

Vini: "Ah, it's a complicated topic because playing for the national team...[gets interrupted by Jude and starts laughing].

Vini, trying to continue: "Playing for the national team...EAE MOLEKE!!!!!"

(which means smth like what's up, kid but funnier)

Jude: "[absolutely unintelligible, might be smth like "Eae, pô", meaning a brotherly greeting]."

Rudiger, fully trying to speak portuguese: "The assist played bonitinho?".

Vini: [laughs].

Tati: "The assist played what?"

Vini: "Bonitinho."

[In pt is diminutive to "bonito" aka beautiful, but its meaning is more like smth cute, nice, well done, it's something really sweet].

Vini: "It's from a video we always showed him."

Rudiger: [unintelligible noises]

Vini: [continues laughing]

Tati: "They are all speaking in portuguese, Vini!".

Vini: "It's the union of this team. Everyone speaks all the different languages, and everybody has to learn a little bit to keep mashing well together."
