Hey! I guess the best way to describe it is a roller coaster, not because things have been crazy (they had been from time to time of course) but just, lots of ups and down

#So ye I've been silent#I'm silent in general#But lately things have been very stressful for me so I try to add as little stress to that as possible#And I hate that it means I have to avoid the BLM movement because I just can't handle that sort of stuff right now#But this here#This really helps because it means I can help without having to fully be aware of everything that's going on#And for everyone else out there who is going through difficult times right now#And can't handle seeing all this injustice to the BLM people and movement#But still really want to help in some sort of way#I hope this can kind of put your mind at ease like it does with me#Because now at least I can feel like I'm doing something to help#Sorry for the little rant#But I feel like it's important that people realize that#Some people really want to help but can't#Because being aware of this means that their suicidal thoughts become worse#And their own lives and mental state are more important#Other
