hello everyone!
i know it’s been a long time since i was last here, and i do apologize for that! i’ve been really busy with irl stuff for the last couple years, and tumblr has been pretty quiet as of late. but i decided that i do want to keep on drawing and sharing art with you guys, so i’ve finally started using the twitter account i’ve been sitting on for a while now!
i know a lot of you followed me for voltron art, and i’ve definitely moved on from that. but i do miss the online community i had here and all the friendships i built up here, so i want to start afresh somewhere else!
i’m going to be on twitter (@kitsmitts) from now on, so do please follow me there! my main fandom currently is jujutsu kaisen (especially itafushi) but i’ll also be dabbling in other fandoms here and there, so i’ll definitely be drawing art for all that! so from now on, i’ll be using this account mainly as an art blog, and i’ll be active mostly on twitter. please hit me up there instead!
thanks for understanding!!
love, cali
GUYS IS THE AD SUPPOSED TO LOOK LIKE THIS
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again:
Okami’s approach to night palettes should be something done across the board in games, with the brightness staying at or near the same level as daytime but the colors switched to a cooler, more muted palette, ensuring that the game is still fully visible while also making it obvious that it’s nighttime.
Daytime in Okami:
Compared to nighttime:
The game is always clearly visible, but it’s also obvious what time it is.
This is a lot better than games where you have to raise the brightness all the way up, if there’s a brightness setting at all, and maybe even increase the brightness on your computer or tv.
This feels like a shitpost Vine that’d have that one part of Trinidad James’ Def Jam play over it.
Wild
This is 100% the future liberals want
Fun Fact:
Do you want to watch your YT video while on being different applications or tab? Try this. This will put a stop to those split window viewing days.
Right click twice on the video and select [Picture in picture]. It should bring a popup page of the video that you can move around and rescale. The video stays up when on another application.
It should look like this:
and also this:
Enjoy.
Omg this is the coolest thing.
It even works on mac what the heck
uhhhh WHAT
Amazing for art tutorials! So much easier to follow along.
This will really streamline my ability to do 400 things at once and none of them adequately
