digital artists, any tips to digital art (in photoshop)

so they are indie producers who want to make a short film and a full-length film. so probably until late 2024 if i want to be in postproduction (which i do if i have the time). we have a lot of freedom if we cant go one day it doesn't really matter, and at the end of the project if it makes money, we'll get paid depending on how many days we've worked. so i dont expect a lot of money, and at least not until 2025

its cool cause we are learning and stuff however, spending a whole day shooting and doing real work for no immediate money its lame (and also i have 2 professional films in my resume as soon as i enter the workforce)
