In a bit of an unsurprising plot-twist, I abandoned this blog. At first, I thought it was because other muses elsewhere were taking my attention, but then I realised it might be the blog itself. It’s cluttered because of the queue, the dash is far too busy, and I have no idea who is or isn’t active here. Long story shot - it’s a mess.

So I’ve decided to make the switch! You can now find Jack over on @skullandbowties where we’re going to try and pick things back up. Just bear in mind, I’m going to be a little more picky since I’m trying to juggle the most muses I’ve had at once and a part-time job.

It’s amazing that The Nightmare Before Christmas is regarded as edgelord material. Everyone in Halloween Town is super peppy and friendly, and the whole movie is about trying new things and getting out of a funk.

Also, are we not gonna talk about how Jack Skelington is literally Ariel from the little mermaid?? They’re both bored with their high social status, they both have a song about “hey, look at this cool stuff from a foreign land!!”, and they both try to live in said foreign land with terrible results and invoke the wrath of a chunky-sized monster who eats bugs in their lair all day.
