Another experiment gone wrong.
So, here is a small comic of my RE8 OC, Max, and Mother Miranda interacting. This scene takes place after she finds him in the Village and has already infected him with the Cadou for another possible vessel for Eva. So, she's monitoring him, and this is just one of the checkups. She sees that he's mutating physically, and after seeing so many other experiments gone wrong on the villagers, she is outraged and lashes out on Max.
Also, this is part 1, 2, and 3 so far. I plan on adding more once I find the motivation and work properly on the script.

Lady Calypso ‘Cal’ Crosse
Here are some more concepts for my darling Calypso including her final form!
Pre-cadou her eyesight was extremely poor, after the cadou her eyes mutated to be more sensitive; however, they became so sensitive that during the daylight she uses a blindfold to avoid damaging her eyesight.
As a result of her increased visual ability, she can see extremely far and very well in the dark. Her final form reflects this heightened vision with the existence of multiple eyes, each of which has increased sensitivity.

With the recent announcement of the RE8 DLC, I wanted to revisit my OC because I miss her and Heisy. Made some changes, mainly with designs and her power but the majority of her other info is more or less the same:
Name: Faye Lee | Birthday: May 18, 1988 | Race/Nationality: Korean-American | Sex: Female | Blood type: B | Height: 169 cm (5′6.5″) | Weight: 64 kg (141 lbs)
Aka: Miranda’s Watchdog, The Crimson Hellhound (or sometimes simply referred to as “The Watchdog” or “The Hellhound”), Sunshine (Heisenberg’s initially-sarcastic-now-affectionate petname for her)
Powers:
- Reactive Adaptation: can adapt to certain environments and situations (examples: forming gills when submerged underwater, allowing to survive in extreme hot or cold conditions, camouflage, able to go longer without food or water, immunity to poisonous gases, etc.)
- Crystallized Armor: Design inspired by Zoe Baker’s calcified form in RE7 and Emma Frost from the X-men. Faye is able to cover her entire body in durable crystals to protect herself from attacks. However, she cannot initiate this transformation by will. Rather, this is strictly a defense mechanism that can only be triggered when she is injured first and there is breaking of the skin. This armor can also form a protective cocoon for when she is critically injured and needs to heal. The crystals can still break when taken enough damage from heavy artillery or blunt weapons. The crystal form – especially her mutated form – can be overexerting if used extensively.
- Lycan traits: Enhanced agility & strength, night vision, fangs & claws protrusion. Stronger sense of smell and hearing.
- Regeneration: Slower than the four lord’s and Miranda’s. Likely gained immortality as well.
- Detection: Able to sense the presence of other Mold and Cadou-infected beings in her vicinity.
- Mutated form: Turns into a crystallized, Varcolac-like form. Around 13 feet (4 meters) tall. Her behavior is unsurprisingly more animalistic and if she stays in this form too long, she may go on an uncontrollable rampage until exhaustion or is somehow knocked out. She is still capable of camouflage and can alter her body temperature to avoid thermal detection. [ boss music maybe? ]
Other abilities:
- Uncanny stealth: Sometimes unintentional, her footfalls are verrry quiet even when wearing shoes
- Sharpshooting proficiency: Had some form of military training in her past as she remembers how to effectively use a rifle through muscle memory.
