Requested by anonymous: Hi umm can you write an imagine where dylan is at comic con and he recieves an urgent message from the reader and he has to go and there's a big problem and a fight and idk a happy ending maybe. Well I don't really know what I want exactly so you u can write from ur own imagination. It's really lame I'm really bad at this.ooh btw I love your imagines.
A/N: Thank you so much! I hope you like it!
I closed the door and left the room, my mind was going crazy right now. It’s been already one hour that I texted Dylan so he’s probably coming home. I sat on the couch, trying to calm myself when I heard the door.
“Babe?” I heard his voice.
I got up and he smiles when he sees me. “Hey, sorry, the traffic was-“
“I don’t want to know, Dylan.” He looked at me, a confused look on his face.
“This happened.” I shoved the drawing on his face. “Do you have any idea of what is that? That’s your daughter’s drawing. She was supposed to draw her family. What do you see? Do you see that? It’s me and her. But what about you? Where’s her father?”
“Why she didn’t draw me?”
“Because you’re never here! I know you have to work but look at this! Today was her dance performance and she was so excited because “daddy is going to see me dance for the first time.” Do you even remember that I put her on a dancing school?”
“She’s your daughter, Dylan! She misses you! I had to film the whole performance for her! She begged me to call you but I know you wouldn’t answer because you were at work!”
I felt the tears streaming down my face as I looked at Dylan.
“We already talked about this, Y/N! What do you want me to do? Do you want me stop acting? That’s it? How do you think you’re paying for the damn dancing school?”
“Don’t you dare saying that! I stopped working because you wanted to work and someone had to stay with her! So, don’t you dare saying this! I don’t want you to stop; I want you to spend some time with your daughter!”
“This is so fucking ridiculous! I’m always at home.”
“Oh, yeah, watching baseball games! Because that’s the only thing you do when your home!”
“I’m not going to-You know what? Fuck that! I ran all over to here when I should be working to pay the bills and you’re really talking about me not paying attention on my daughter?”
“Then go back to the set! Get the hell out of here! She probably don’t need a father like you!” I yelled.
I turned, looking at Rosie; she rubbed her eyes and yawned.
“Daddy’s home!” She smiled.
Rosie held Dylan’s leg, with a big smile on her face. I looked at him and I shook my head, wiping my tears. Dylan picked her up.
“Yeah, baby, daddy’s home.” He kissed her cheeks.
“Daddy, you lost my performance today, but mommy filmed with her phone so you can see me dancing, or I can dance for you.”
“Yeah, I would love that, sweetie.”
She hugged him. “I miss you, daddy.”
I saw the tears on Dylan’s eyes, Rosie looked at me.
“Mommy, are you crying? Why are you crying?”
“I’m not crying, baby.” I smiled at her. “Okay.” She nods. “W-Why don’t you dance for daddy?”
“Yes, yes!” She clapped her hands.
Dylan puts her on the ground and she drags him to the living room, I turn the music on and she starts dancing. I looked at Dylan; he had a smile on his face. I can’t even believe we were fighting.
I felt his hand on mine and he laced his fingers through mine. Rosie finished and Dylan clapped.
“Yes, I loved it. You’re amazing.” He hugged her.
“Thank you.” She blushed and I smiled.
“It’s really late, sweetie, why don’t we put you in bed and tomorrow I’ll be home earlier and we can do anything you want?” Dylan suggested.
Dylan picked her up and I followed them, he placed her on her bed and kissed Rosie’s forehead.
“Good night, princess. I love you.”
We left the door and he looked at me.
“It’s ok. I-I didn’t mean what I said.”
“Me neither.” He shook his head. “I love you.”
“I love you too.” He hugged me.
